In the loop

As we embark on this pivotal time of year, we have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact for our new students starting their journey at Concordia. Whether it’s issuing ID cards, assigning lockers, or helping with printing and parking, our role is crucial in helping them settle in.

We are here to be a go-to source for key information and ready to answer questions about everything from OPUS cards and shuttle bus locations to building directions and printing on campus. To support you, we have a range of resources available at the ID card counter.

Our team frequently serves as the initial contact for students, which makes our role essential and truly rewarding. We genuinely appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help in various areas of Business Services.

This September, let’s continue to present our best selves to ensure a seamless start to the term for our students—and for one another. Thank you for your dedication and exceptional service.

Happy BTS!

In the wake of Quebec’s changes to infrastructure funding, the LB garage renovation project has been postponed until further notice.

NEW LARGE FORMAT DEVICE

The Print Store introduced a new device that allows more flexibility and production capabilities.

We will be offering coroplast printing, reducing the need to outsource this high demand eco product. On top of increasing sales, doing it locally reduces the plastic packaging and our carbon footprint.

Celebrating a milestone!

Over 1000 Concordia faculty and staff have accounts on the Print Store website. These authorized users can easily order posters, flyers, bookmarks, business cards, Concordia stationery, and much more !

A DPrint device will be installed across from the Print Store, next to Starbucks.

This relocation aims at encouraging students to use the self-serve copiers and alleviate the lineups for simple copies at the Print Store.

Advertising: floor decals and tunnel banner, how-to video, flyers, bookmarks, social media, and contest.

We are also giving out Business Services ID card sleeves with important DPrint information.
