PRINTING ON CAMPUS IS EASY WITH DPRINT

Print, copy and scan using the DPrint devices on campus.

WHO CAN USE IT? Faculty and staff who have been authorized under their departmental budget code.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? A full price list for printing, scanning, or photocopying services can be found in the documentation section of this page. These charges will be applied directly to the established budget code for your department.

HOW TO GET IT To obtain a user code, a request must be submitted via web form to the Service Desk by a representative of your department with signing authority on the departmental budget code Faculty and staff can find out more about getting a user code for their departmental budgets on concordia.ca/it/services. For assistance, contact the Department Assistant in your department.

FACULTY PARKING PERMITS Monthly parking permits are available for Concordia’s faculty and staff on both campuses. As a monthly parking holder, you will have access to your reserved parking spot. Pay for your monthly permit through automatic payroll deduction or by credit card.

Parking permits are subject to availability per lot, are limited, and quickly sell out. Ensure your space by contacting completing the Parking Request Form online at concordia.ca/parking.

CARD SERVICES YOUR CONCORDIA ID DESTINATION The Concordia ID is the official campus identification for students it displays their student number, name, and photo.

Students use their ID to print on campus with DPrint, get their Opus card, use the Shuttle bus, borrow books or material from the library, attend final exams, get discounts and more !

WHERE DO STUDENTS GO TO GET THEIR ID? • At the Sir George Williams campus, stop by the Card Services office LB-089.

• At the Loyola campus, with an appointment, Business Services office AD 103.08. > Book an appointment WHAT DO THEY NEED TO BRING ?

• Their Concordia ID number (provided on the acceptance letter or on the Student Hub under My CU account).

• A piece of government-issued photo ID. IMPORTANT • Students must be registered for at least one course 24 hours before they can get their ID. They can get your ID a month before the term begins.

• ID cards cannot be issued if any of the above documents/information are missing.

CARD SERVICES YOUR CONCORDIA ID DESTINATION The STM uses the Concordia ID card photo to produce the student OPUS card.

Student can make an Opus request 24 hours after they get their student ID.

Before requesting a card online, students must meet these criteria: • Have a valid Concordia University student ID card for at least 24 to 48 hours prior to making the request.

• Be a full-time student at Concordia University for the current academic year.

• Have a valid mailing address in the province of Quebec.

GETTING A STUDENT OPUS CARD To be entitled to pay the student reduced fare (a 40% savings off the regular fare), student must get a registered OPUS photo ID card.

They can order their card online and it will be sent by mail. It’s fast and easy, with no waiting in line ! $15 fee by the STM to issue a card.

STUDENTS CAN ORDER ORDER ONLINE NOW !

1. Log into the Student Hub and click on “My CU Account” using your netname and password.

2. Click on “Personal” and select “Opus Card”.

3. Follow the instructions to process your online payment.

Students will receive their card by mail.
