School Update
Grade 6 Field Trip
@China Cultural Center On September 21 2023, we went to the China Cultural st
Center and we had fun. We learned how to do Chinese dance, we painted bamboo and pandas with black ink, and we also learned to play an instrument from the teachers there who are very professional and nice. After that we went to a Chinese restaurant, we also made Chinese gyoza. My favorite part of the day was painting the pandas, we also got to bring our drawing home. The field trip was so much fun and I gained lots of knowledge. Prinnie

the Chinese Cultural Center to learn about Chinese culture. We did some activities like Chinese dancing, painting and learning to play Chinese instruments. All of these activities were fun but my favorite part was learning to play the Chinese instrument 古筝 because we got to listen to the music and also play it ourselves. Afterwards we went to a Chinese restaurant and made our own dumplings, it was very fun. Then we had a chance to eat the dumplings we made, it was delicious. All in all it was very fun and a great experience, and I would definitely do it again. Reiko
