Under the soft morning light, our PTA community gathered at The Forestias for a truly refreshing start to the day. The “Morning Trails” Family Outing welcomed over 100 families—more than 400 participants—creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with laughter, connection, and shared moments in nature.
Families explored scenic trails, enjoyed thoughtfully prepared activity stations, and came together over a delightful lunch. Each moment reflected the spirit of togetherness—where friendships deepened, children played freely, and everyone embraced the simple joy of being outdoors.
This special day was more than just an outing; it was a celebration of community, wellness, and meaningful connections.
Our sincere thanks go to every family who joined and made the day so memorable. A special appreciation to our dedicated PTA team, whose commitment and care brought this beautiful experience to life.

The PYP gym was full of energy on Friday, March 27th, as our K2 community gathered for the 2026 Walkathon. The K2 Walkathon is a meaningful event connected to our UOI Connecting to Characters, where students learned that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
From 8:15–9:00 am, K2 students walked determined laps around the gym, supported and cheered on by their parents, teachers, and Concordian administrators. Their goal was clear: to help Hat Yai Hospital, which had been severely damaged by flood waters and urgently needed support to restore essential medical services.
Thanks to the combined efforts of students, parents, class parents, and the Concordian community, the K2 Walkathon raised an incredible 830,649 baht to help provide life-saving medical machinery for the hospital. This achievement reflects the generosity and empathy of the 2026 K2 community and the greater Concordian community.

A standout contribution came from our dedicated class parents, who designed and sold Concordian Dragon shopping bags and swimming bags. These creative items were a huge hit and significantly boosted the fundraising total. Students also played an active role, gathering sponsors, walking with purpose, and helping collect donations alongside their families.
This year’s walkathon truly showcased the strength of the Concordian community. Special thanks go to our hardworking class parents, our enthusiastic K2 students, and every member of the Concordian community who helped make this event such a remarkable success.
Together, we demonstrated once again that when we walk with kindness and purpose, we can create a meaningful and lasting impact.

The EY Songkran Festival this year has a variety of activities. We started the festival with “Thai Flower Threading Activity” (ร้อยดอกไม้ / roy-dok-mai) on Tuesday, April 7th, during regular Thai classes at the Amphitheater.
With the teacher’s guidance, students had an opportunity to explore how to thread the Thai flowers Dok-rak (ดอกรัก) and Dok-lee-laa-wa-dee (ดอกลีลาวดี), then they brought them home to share their pride and happiness with their family.
At the EY Songkran Ceremony, the students, teachers and administrators came to school with Thai floral shirts and traditional Thai fabric outfits in soft-toned colors to show respect during the mourning period for the Queen Sirikit. We were so grateful to have the PYP Representative Parents to showcase The Eight Styles of Thai Royal Attire, known as ชุดไทย พระราชนิยม ๘ แบบ, which was introduced and promoted by Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother of Thailand. These costumes reflect Thailand's cultural heritage and are worn on various occasions ranging from informal gatherings to formal royal ceremonies. After that, the students had the opportunity to “รดนำา้ขอพร” (rod-naam-khor-pon) by paying respects to the teachers and the PTA representatives. They were pouring scented water over the palms of the adult hands, then adults wished the students good luck and prosperity.
Lastly, EY Songkran Fun Water Activities, K2 and K3 students engaged in water activities and enjoyed themselves with different water stations, and they were very excited to splash their teachers! It was such a joyful atmosphere.
