June 2nd, 2025
Dear G5 Parents,
We are excited to announce our upcoming G5 Graduation ceremony, which will be held on Wednesday, June 18th, 2025, from 1:00 - 2:30 pm in the Grand Theater.
The Graduation ceremony comprises five parts:
● Students' entry in graduation gowns
● Administrator and homeroom teachers’ speeches
● Class parents and teacher appreciation
● Students receiving graduation certificates on stage, one by one
● Family photo-taking in the MYP Gym next to the Grand Theater
Please kindly make a note of the following information:
● Due to the capacity of the Grand Theater, we are inviting a maximum of 3 family members (including siblings) per student to join the ceremony
● Additional family members may join the photo-taking session in the MYP Gym after the ceremony or sit in the Grand Theater balcony seating area located on the 5th floor
● Only parents and guardians holding a green lanyard are permitted to attend the Graduation ceremony. Personal photographers are not allowed.
● Students should not wear flower wreaths, tiaras, large bows or distracting headdresses during the ceremony for the official graduation photo on the stage. Students may wear headdresses and other accessories during the photo-taking session in the MYP Gym.
● Parents will receive one professional photo of their child receiving their graduation certificate at the beginning of the next school year
● After each individual class has received their graduation certificates, parents may proceed to the MYP Gym for photo-taking. (Please wait for the announcement of the dismissal of each class.)
● Snacks and refreshments will be provided to parents and students at the back of the MYP Gym after the Graduation ceremony
● Photo-taking will be finished by 3:30 pm at the latest. Students can then go with their parents to pick up their bags from the classrooms and may go home.
● Parents who wish to borrow the graduation gown should send an email request to their child’s homeroom teacher. Students whose parents have requested to borrow the gown may wear their graduation gown home after the ceremony.
● Graduation gowns must be returned to the school's uniform shop with Khun Cin the following day, Thursday, June 19th. In case of any lost or damaged gowns, a fee of 2,000 baht will be charged for a gown replacement.
We look forward to congratulating our G5 students on their achievements and to seeing you there to celebrate this important milestone!
Sincerely,
Concordian Administration
