here are certainly many ways to accomplish the conveying, stacking and banding of the truss package. Numerous truss plants continue to stack trusses manually, while others stack automatically with vertical or horizontal stackers. Although we offer both manual stacking options and automated stacking options, we specialize in the automated vertical stacking methods. Even though the principles are the same from decades ago, we have developed some of the most advanced conveying and stacking systems to date.

We have developed conveyors that assure trusses will never stop or fall through the conveyor. We have developed smart conveyors that work in stages, making sure the trusses reach their ultimate destination as efficiently as possible. Versatile remote options that allow the operator to control the system 100’-200’ away from the control panel improve efficiencies even further. The newest modular conveyor allows the customer to build a conveyor that encompasses many safety features available, from prohibited entry areas to open walk though conveyors. Visual and audible indicators are an excellent way to gain the attention of the staff for added safety. Included are options allowing the addition of automated stackers concurrently or forthcoming.
