5 Super Eagles New Players Nigerian athletes have historically competed in the Premier League.

Frank Onyeka (Brentford) After his first few games with Brentford, Onyeka was put to the bench because he didn't live up to the fanfare surrounding his promotion to the Premier League. If the hard-hitting midfielder wants to play

frequently, he must outperform Christian Nrgaard and Vitaly Janelt.

The departure of Christian Eriksen may also be advantageous to him.
