About us...
A lot has happened ever since Compass Fairs ApS was founded in 1996 and entered the Scandinavian trade fair scene.
Through hard work and our mission to always deliver first-class services and quality, we have managed to become the largest 360° full-line supplier in the Nordic countries with regards to technical services for all parts of the trade fair industry.
Our portfolio of cooperation partners includes, as an example, exhibitors, external organisers and several exhibition centres in Denmark and Norway – both big and small.
The product range is amongst the very best and most varied on the market, including everything from standard to high-end products. Combined with a unique level of flexibility, adaptability and the ability to implement quick changes very precisely, even for largescale projects, this often means that we turn out to be the preferred professional partner.
Amongst other things, this means that every year, we set up close to 350 trade fairs in Scandinavia, and achieving this is only possible because we have a fantastic team of project managers and fitters who all perfectly manage to assist the customer and implement the project all the way from the initial idea to the final event.

Kitchen modules
We offer two types of kitchen modules. One of them is a complete kitchen, including washbasin, oven, fridge and stove, built into a stainless-steel module. This also includes a built-in boiler so with this module you only need access to cold water, drains and electricity.
The other kitchen module is a tabletop with a washbasin. This module requires access to hot and cold water as well as drains.

The visual impression of your trade fair stand can play a vital role in terms of the outcome of your trade fair participation! At Compass Fairs, we employ some of the best and most creative stand designers who are ready to help you with every step from idea to design, production and installation of your stand.
As we work with various stand systems, we are able to deliver individual trade fair stands in all price categories and of the best quality. If you are going to participate in a trade fair outside of Scandinavia, we are happy to come along and be in charge of both logistics and stand installation.

Catania – module sofa
You can rent the longest sofa in Europe for congresses and events from us. This sofa is available in a length of up to no less than 110 metres and its unique, platinum-grey colour creates a special highlight when the sofa is illuminated by coloured light. We can assemble this sofa however you want with an outward or inward angle. In this way, it fulfils most needs, no matter whether you need a long sofa or several smaller ones.
