TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOW TO ACQUIRE YOUR EMBRYO PURCHASES:
-After you, the buyer have completed payment, the embryos will be able to be released to the buyers name by Wauter Valley Ranch at the storage or embryo facility that the purchased lot is located.
-It is complete responsibility of the BUYER to call the SELLER and request shipping, or call the storage facility and extend storage under your own name.
-It is complete responsibility of SELLER to release embryos to the buyers name once full payment has been confirmed, and to arrange this understanding with the storage facility.
-The BUYER is responsible for all shipping costs and/or Insurance- on embryos and semen
GUARANTEE OF EMBRYO PURCHASES:
Wauter Valley Ranch Guarantees that each embryo package consists of quality grade one embryos either IVF or conventional. Each embryo has been produced at a reputable facility, and we are confident in the quality of product we are offering.
SPECIAL GUARANTEE:
Wauter Valley Ranch will guarantee the establishment of at least one 60 day pregnancy per 3 Embryos Transferred if the following conditions are met. This guarantee does not change for the additional 2 embryos offered in the 3 or 5 selection option.
A: Transfers must take place within a year of the date of the sale.
B: Transfers are performed by a licensed embryologist
C: Transfers must be practiced on recipients of 3 years of age and over to request return on failure of embryo pregnancies.
D: Buyers of the embryo packages that fail to establish at least one pregnancy will be given a credit for future sales, or additional embryos from the same mating from the seller or a different embryo or mating if agreed upon by the buyer and seller.
