Welcome
OCANADIAN RED ANGUS PROMOTION SOCIETY
n behalf of the Board, I’d like to welcome everyone, near and far to the 52nd Annual Canadian Red Round Up 2024! Our sale is considered one of the premier Red Angus events of the year, and it promises to deliver again this fall. One of our goals with C.R.A.P.S. is to continue an exciting, distinguished gathering, of great people and elite cattle where producers and showman alike can find the opportunities for future elite female advancement and profitability in their herds. It truly is an annual celebration of excellence in our breed and an opportunity to connect with producers from across the continent. The consigning producers are once again offering a meticulously chosen selection of top-tier females, each picked for their quality and potential.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CANADIAN RED ANGUS PROMOTION SOCIETY FUNDRAISING AUCTION 2023 FROM
Over the last couple of years our board has worked diligently to encourage and provide the Red Angus producers a stronger truly National Association, strengthening provincial ties as well as advocating on behalf of our breed through our registering body the CAA. Endorsing and promoting advanced access to the superior red genetics by increasing awareness through an improved and user-friendly website and social media pages. The goal being to add value to each membership in a form that benefits them no matter where they are located, thru easily accessed membership listings, programs, engagement, and promotion of their individual live auction, online, or private treaty sales, providing enhanced sale value in the long term.
This year we’ve created a new & exciting opportunity for Juniors, with the intention of further producer value by promoting more Red Angus females at shows within the year, with our Regional Junior National Program. We have set up three regions within Canada, BC/MB, AB/SK, & ON/QC/ PEI/NS/NB/N&L with details inside this catalogue.
On a final note, please join us all, in remembrance of our late great 30 year plus Auctioneer Brent Carey in his passing. His dedication, promotional prowess and pret’ner larger than life advocacy for the Red Angus breed were truly exceptional. His legacy will certainly inspire and guide those who had the honour of knowing him.In his proud Irish roots we share,
Go Raibh Suaimhneas Síoraí Air -----
Eternal Rest be Upon Him
My personal thank you to the entire board this last year for their work, effort, and diligence in getting us another year around the sun & look forward to a great event this fall!

Welcome
OBI LIVESTOCK LTD. FROM
Welcome to the 52nd Annual Canadian Red Round-Up Sale. As I sit down to write this opening, I am receiving emails with the anticipation of the pictures coming from the consignors and the feeling of anticipation for this year’s prestigious Red Round-Up Sale. Again, a lot of miles were put on by my team, seeing the some of the greatest Red Angus cow herds in the land and touring these herds with the job of selecting the females that best represents their operations.
The Red Angus breed continues to gain momentum in the cattle world. This past spring the bull sales were unbelievable across Canada with some very top end herdbulls and gamechangers for the Red Angus Breed. Every year we continue to get more commercial cattleman wanting these Red Angus Genetics. We can’t stop making strong masculine bulls to compete with all breeds. Great job by all this past bull sale season.
The sale offering this year again is split evenly with bred heifers and heifer calves. I would like to thank all for getting as many bred heifers as possible to the sale. The Pick of the Herds are ones you really want to be a part of. The Semen lots consist of 4 bulls that will be Red Angus cornerstones in the future. The embryos are from superior cows that have the pedigrees and history to enhance your program further.
I would like to thank Allison Farms Ltd. for donating the heifer this year. Also like to thank the CRAPS Board of directors who have been very open and communicated with me very easily. We are on the same page with decisions going forward. Keep the Sale Simple with having the best Quality of Red Angus Cattle on display. A few changes to this year’s schedule with the DRI Junior Red Angus Fall Classic the same day at the sale. The sale will commence at 4 PM this year as well. Also, the entire event will be at the Cow Palace this year.
We all want to remember our auctioneer for the past many decades at the Red Round-Up Sale. Brent Carey was a mainstay for this sale no matter who was managing the event. He was a huge advocate for the Red Angus breed all year round and the entire Red Angus Industry will certainly miss his knowledge and enthusiasm.
My team and I know the offering very well, so if you can’t make it to the sale, please do not hesitate to call and discuss the very strong offering. I will be at Olds from Thursday to Saturday Night, so please do come to The Red Round-Up Sale this year so I can visit with you in person, and you can evaluate the fabulous offering.

Allison Farms is thrilled to provide the donation heifer calf for the 52nd Annual Canadian Red Round Up! It’s been 9 years since we joined the Red Angus breed. We are moving into 6th generation cattle ranch and Red Angus cattle have proved to be profitable in all the stages of the industry, maternal cow herds, calving, backgrounding, and finishing. Red Round Up is an event that brings breeders together from around the world to display the absolute best Red Angus Cattle and the greatest people! Allison Farms chose to provide Red Allison Bess 219M. She is a direct daughter of Black Wheel Dracarys 86G. Drac daughters have gone on to win Supreme Champions, many Grand champions, and pasture leading females. Sons have topped our sales for the last few years! We want this donation heifer to do great things! Thanks to the fellow breeders and the Promotion Society.
CONSIGNED BY WHEELER’S STOCK FARM
We have been working hard to produce a herd of cows that excel for their mass, fleshing ability, udder quality and maternal efficiency. The possibilities of this pick of the herd flush are only limited by your imagination. You can select from the mothers of herd sires, and proven donor cows like Annie Oakley 8B, Auburn 19E, and Heather 89E. You could pick one of our recent champion females like Ginger Barbie 1E, Annie Oakley 34J or Annie Oakley 22K. Or maybe your choice will be one of the many exciting outcross females we have like a SSS Good Time Charlie 364J x Bar-E-L Erica 74A. We also will open up our semen inventory of industry leading sires.

PICK OF THE 2025 HEIFER CALVES ROHRICH’S CUTTING EDGE RANCH
We are very humbled and honored to be offering the opportunity to pick one heifer calf out of our entire 2025 heifer calf crop in such a prestigious event such as the Canadian Red Round Up sale! Our final goal here at CER is simple. We focus 100% on building great females in a real-world environment that will flesh easy and stand on a good foot and leg. Udder structure is also very important, and they must breed back, or they get a one-way ticket to town. Good cows make good bulls! We are no stranger to this sale as we have bought a number of high-end females from it whom you will see in our donor line up amongst many more! Here is a short list of bulls that we flushed to and have embryo calves coming from Red Cockburn Premium 3059, Red SSS Moon Pie 680K, Red Wilbar Hennessy 3K, STRA Ranch Hand 2010, CER Final Draft 3005, PIE Quarterback 789, Bieber CL Stockmarket E119, Berwald Nationwide 3059 and Red LWNBRG Slowburn 102H. Our confidence is high that you will find a high-end outcross type female that will do great things for you! Before any cuts there will be roughly around 175-200 females to choose from between both our spring herd and May herd!
Terms: Half down sale day and half paid upon completion on the pick. Pick must be made by October 10, 2025.

Donor dam Annie Oakley 8B does not miss no matter how we mate her. She has worked very well in the past with Red Box, producing five outstanding daughters. Annie Oakley 57J is a past Agribition division champion and donor cow for ourselves and Blairs.Ag. Annie Oakley 34J was our two-year old show cow last fall and current donor. Annie Oakley 32J was one of the high selling bred heifers in our 2022 female sale to Beitia Livestock. At this stage of development, we would rank Annie Oakley 7M right up there with any of those females. She carries that signature Annie Oakley look, being dark red, extra hairy, big hipped and has a nice hind leg set. We have been impressed with our Duff HD calves for their extra muscle shape and upheaded style. Annie Oakley 7M has a bright future in the show ring, pasture or donor pen. There is no guess work here.

Monique is a deep bodied, dark red, broody female that has a real maternal look to her. Her dam has had three sons sell in our bull sale with one going to Lust Farms. 410E is a powerful tank of a female, only surpassed in the easy fleshing department by her dam, Monique 407C. We used two full brothers to 407C as herdsires and she has two full flush sisters that are top cows in our herd. Her sister, Monique 409E, is the dam of the good Granite heifer calf that sold to Sterling Christman in the 2022 Red Roundup Sale. Her sire, Red Towaw Jive 468E, has turned out to be a great maternal sire both here at Towaw and for Thistle Ridge. He is a calving ease sire that makes his daughters feminine and good footed with excellent udder structure. We think there is very little guesswork with this female when combining the Monique cow family with Cow Maker bulls like Julian 72Y, Tiger 5T, Kingman 16W, Zeppelin 1240Z, and Expansion 5E. Monique has been an absolute doll to work with and would definitely be an excellent junior project.

An incredibly attractive female full of shape, width, length, and ultra smooth! Lakima’s teat placement and udder type is promising to exceed expectations! Dark red in color, beautiful skull shape, and excellent footed! Her Granddam was one of the feature cows in the Glesbar Dispersal. Flying K Jetstream, her calving ease sire, has one of the best cows in the industry backing him! Lakima 146M’s dam is sired by Black Wheel Dracarys 86G which has proven to be one of the industry leading herdsires. Lakima is the type of female that herds are built around!

Her dam 237E is a maternal sister to Red Redrich Aftershock, who was National Champion Bull & Alberta Supreme Champion in 2015, she has been an outstanding female maker for us, raising six very good daughters in a row. Mark wanted to select 227M’s maternal sister 437L for the sale as well, but we were only willing to part with one of them. Her sire, Red ACC Nozeka 81G, bred a top notch group of females that were a highlight at the Wraz Dispersal and he sired an exceptional set of calves for us this year. We are very proud to offer a daughter off the top end of this very good group at Red Roundup.

Maybe not the biggest calf come sale day, but she makes up for it with her structure and genetic gene pool. On the bottom side her dam 930G is a full sister to the PIRO High Tide 897F bull that has made a major impact here at PIRO with well over 100 registered progeny on our farm. And on the top side Allison Design has checked all the boxes for us! An exceptional footed individual out of a picture-perfect dam that sealed the deal on sale day. He left us with a group of heifer calves that where the highlight here during the southern Alberta Angus Tour.

Another accomplishment in the book for Marta 538C. We believe 538C is one of the most eye appealing and functional cows you will find in the Red Angus breed. She has been the cornerstone of our red angus herd and has surpassed fifty thousand dollars in progeny sales in her three short years at Riverside. Her daughters are making beautiful replacements, and her sons are in high demand. This year we are proud to consign a fantastic DMM Rumble 74J daughter in Red Round Up. Marta 407M is a well-balanced female that is very eye-catching. She has a striking side profile that will make her competitive in the show ring, with enough power and mass to become an elite calf producer in the future. 407M is a maternal sister to the high selling heifer calf at last year’s Red Round Up, selling to Wilbar Cattle co. We currently have two maternal sister bred heifers in our herd and they are laying down fantastic udders. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call, or stop by the farm to view our consignment as well as Marta 538C and her other progeny.

463M is a heifer we feel is a breeding piece! This March heifer is out of our famed Stewart Panther donor cow, that we acquired from Six Mile. Her Dam sports a black hide and is a direct daughter of the famous Red YY Taffeta 306N. 463M’s lineage doesn’t stop there as her sire Red Wrights Cutting Edge 27F. 27F was a direct son of Red MRLA New Era 87Y and Red Six Mile Cheta 702W, who, was a past Red Roundup High selling cow that we owned in partnership with Triple L, Six Mile, and Breed Creek. 463M is one we are very proud to offer and if it wasn’t for her mom being highly fertile and freezing over 60 embryos in 2 flushes, she wouldn’t even be up for consideration to be for sale! She is a good one!

Her dam RKKG 291J was a standout and a top contender in our 2022 replacement heifer pen and has since raised 1 herdsire for a commercial customer and cranked 4M out on just her 2nd attempt. Destined for maternal greatness, 4M’s maternal grand dam is currently raising her 12th calf and her paternal grand dam is currently raising her 9th. Both are very high on my personal all time favorite’s list of cows we have ever raised. Her sire is a home grown Red SSS Tycoon 225E son that we have very high expectations for in the years to come. When it comes to Freyja 4M we genuinely feel like we are bringing our best to town and we look forward to introducing her to everyone at Red Roundup this year.

An exquisite example of the prolific Blackbird cow family, 11M is super feminine, exhibits length and style for that special eyecatching presence, she was easy to spot on pasture tours. !!NEW AND EXCLUSIVE!! First ever Red Webr Declare 59H daughter to be sold in Canada. With only a small and limited calf crop we retained this year we encourage you to make the most of this offering. I always knew we had to let one of the 4 Declare calves go and what a shame it was her. This female just keeps getting better by the day. A calf that balances really well, good angled, and built for the long run. Super soft patterned and I think one that you develop slow and consistently will really shine up nice come fall 2025. I’ll let the picture and future video footage do the talking. In general, a heifer I see a ton of potential in. Not to mention she has one of the hottest pedigrees on the market.

Long bodied, long hipped, long fronted, she’s just long! With lots of natural rib and bone to boot. This female is also stacked with 29’s, call it how you want but I think it was a blessing in disguise. A cow family that has given us so much. Out of a cow that just keeps consistently producing some of our top end heifers. Furthermore, to break this heifer was nothing more than a walk in the park. Good disposition with tons of personality and ready for a junior to get a hold of.

¾ sisters that you’re not going to find a lot of data or information on if your start researching this cow family. Red Ter-Ron Owyhee 43E was purchased by Greenvalley Ranch to develop and build a new cow family into his Simmental herd, the first year she was bred to Red U2 Reverence 198C and produced the dam of 303 heifer calf. Hugh seen the potential of these females and kept AI’ing them Red Angus each year as he knew they were good and could do a lot of good to the bred. During this time none of these calves were being registered which has led to not a lot of data showing for any of these females until they came to our place. Hugh asked us to come look at them to see if we would be interested in partnering on them, or if he should just breed them Simmental. It wasn’t even a minute analyzing these females and we knew we needed to add them into our herd. We feel that both 303 and 361 heifer calves are just going to build on this cow family and going to be excellent females into their new owner herd or herds.

This calf has been an eye catcher since birth and this being our first year to consign, we are glad we have this calf. She’s pretty made, clean fronted, deep bodied, and the list goes on. She is a personal favourite of Maria’s and of others who walked through the heifer pen. Sired by a home raised Red Box embryo bull who we are very fond of! On the dam side she has Red TerRon Fully Loaded 540R which is a bull that seems to find his way into many of the pedigrees here at Airam Farms. Baroness 3M is from our first crop of Fifth Gear calves and we are completely impressed with the job that he has done. Fifth Gear was our high selling bull to Sunberry Valley Ranch in the spring of 2023 and we AIed a large group of our replacement heifers to him. Loaded with calving ease, growth and eye appeal his progeny are excelling in all categories. He is backed by the award winning Freyja 29E whose progeny have lit the sales ring on fire over the last few years. In fact a daughter of 29E holds the honor of being the highest selling bred heifer through this very ring at $40,000. Blend in the popular Red Box 55C into her equation and we have created a feature donor cow, Freyja 29H that will play a major role in our upcoming 2025 ET program. Red Kenray Baroness 132F is responsible for producing the $21,000 Red Kenray Steadfast 27H bull that topped our sale in 2021 to Boyd Lines. With lineage like this Baroness 3M is undoubtedly poised to write her own chapter in Red Angus history. We all know that these feature Red Round Up consignments are ones that hurt to release from your program but they are also the ones that will bolster another breeding establishment and move the entire breed forward. Combine a superior foot and udder structure with a cherry red hair coat, we’d say she is destined to be a high caliber Red Angus female. We really like the structural correctness, depth of body and maternal look of this bred heifer. The Lakima cow family has been a mainstay at Towaw from the beginning with the original cow being imported from Washington in 1972. 414L’s dam is a black red gene carrier that is good uddered, sound and functionally efficient. She is a daughter of Red Towaw Jimmy Page, who is a maternal brother to our McGregor 601J bull. She has Special Focus and Tiger 5T on the black side of her pedigree and goes back to Lakima 76M, an Indeed daughter that worked as a flush cow for Wildcat Creek and produced to 18 years of age. We are actually flushing a full sister to 76M this year as well as that cow’s Jive daughter. 414L’s sire is a Six Mile Warcraft son we purchased from Wildman Livestock and Blairs.Ag as a three year old. His dam was the 2016 Red Angus Show Female of the Year as she won Olds and Farmfair as a two year old. The daughters look to be producers that are really good uddered and easy fleshing. She was vet checked safe to her April 11, 2024 AI date so she should have an early calf to the very popular US sire PIE Captain 057.
Lexi is a deep ribbed, angular, very complete female with maternal power. The dam of 190L is an embryo daughter from the very maternal and many times Champion Racer bull and very productive 13Y cow. 13Y is also the dam of the many time Champion Red Redrich Lexi 135E. Definite cow power behind this one. We are extremely excited to calve our first Redrich Jaguar 180J daughters. Jaguar has sired two very exceptional sets of calves for us and his black/red carrier dam is truly outstanding. Last year we had six Jaguar daughters that rose to the top of that sire group but made it difficult to pick a favorite. One of those heifer calves was a high seller at Northern Select and the other was second high selling calf at Red Roundup and here is the third from that group. The fact that 290L is safe to her AI to Moose Creek Clooney 20D is also exciting. The Clooney sons were the high selling sire group in our bull sale last year and the daughters look excellent.

Anexa 22L is the total breed completion package. The absolute phenotypical element this genetic masterpiece brings to her assemblage surpasses the mythical Venus in Daisy Dukes. Lithe to the stride, she capitulates a sculpture of exquisitIness from her ears to crown adherence, following the perfect promiscuity of eye placement. Trace down her undeniable constitution and you can see how your herd bulls might be the ones jumping into her pen this go round. When assessed from behind, the astounding definition of width of brawn and beyonce overtakes you. The effectuation of excellence encompasses a leg structure that boldly exemplifies a foot of truly astronomical excellence.
Sometimes a person is able to plan and think about genetics for years or even a lifetime, and sometimes a person gets lucky with a very unexpected sire. Messmer Packer is one of these exact sires for me. I found some semen on Packer and knew that he would offer a very good calving ease option to offer to our commercial bull customers. We have been blown away by the growth and performance that each one of these calves had. Barbara 319’23 has been a heifer that we have been very excited about from a very early age, along side her dam last year they were one of our very favorite pairs all year. PARENT VERIFIED. Some will see just a cow. And yes, that is exactly what she is. DSM 320L follows a long line (24 retained in herd) of Shady Lady cows that are just that. Cows that quietly but efficiently do their job. A cow family that consistently breeds back early every year, always gives an above average very saleable & accepted bull calf or keeper heifer calf. These Shady Lady cows may not win you the big banner but they will consistently pay the bills and not ask for anything extra in return every single year. Coupled with the $40k Adrenaline Bull on the top side makes 320L that much better. The Adrenaline sons, in their debut sales this past spring, were ones for the books. They were masculine, powerful, clean through the front with the bone and foot the red angus need. The Adrenaline females are ones we all swoon over. Classic angus head, feminine up through the front, correct made and we all cannot wait to see the first ones milking in a few short months. Ultrasounded safe to Red Cockburn Momentum 3008. She comes from a dam that we selected from the Bar 4A dispersal that we think very highly of, at 11 years old she is still producing like she’s 5. 341L has been exposed to Red River Rock City 2158K and is safe in calf for early to mid February.

Maternal Power is the statement here. The Resolution daughters are really starting to shine as they become young brood cows. Udder quality is the standard trait among them. It comes by no accident when a pedigree is stacked with quality females like Zaria, Renee and Gators dam “Marta” having the best udder of any 9 year old in the land. The Larkaba family at Rainbow really needs no introduction as they were a dominant force in that program. Larkaba 4F is herself a Red Roundup graduate and has secured a position as a foundation in the Brandl herd with two other daughters now in production as well. The Assassin daughters have become some of the most revered in the business as attested by his continued use in many of the top herds. This heifer sells safe in calf for early January to the high selling phenom Red U2Q Playboy 2197K. There will be a short turn-around time for your return on investment here!

The fact that this heifer is available for sale is like finding a golden nugget! Not many Riddler females are ever offered. They are the front pasture kind. Broody, Maternal, Productive and Functional. The Princess cow family has always been big time at Brandl Cattle Co. This is a paternal sister to the Riddler daughter Red Ter-Ron 6 Mile Misty 131H who was undefeated in her show career and is now a donor cow for those operations. It’s no surprise this heifer is soft middled, wedge shaped with a teat placement the way it is. Her mother has always been a super back bone to our herd, whether it’s raising bulls or females. Her 62B Grand Dam at 10 years of age is still a very productive and sound aspect to our herd. This heifer is confirmed safe for an early January calf by Red Wilbar Crackerjack 73F. We used Crackerjack heavily for his long, soft, calving ease look, and the fact that for 7 generations the maternal side of his pedigree has every cow producing past 10 years of age. We expect this to be quite a dynamic duo come early January.

Sired by the powerful outcross bull Red LWNBRG Harvestor 103C, this deep, soggy, brood heifer is the 3rd Stretch female from our herd to earn a trip to Red Roundup in just 5 year’s consigning. 29L has been an absolute treat to work with over the past couple of months and she truly is a big sweetheart. Her dam 280A, pictured at 11 years of age, is a structurally solid cow with another big time spring bull sale prospect leaving her side this fall. We cannot say enough about the Stretch cow family here at Anchor 1 as they continue to raise eye appealing top quality breeding stock in our program. Stretch 29L has all of the tools to be a highly productive momma cow that will work hard to get the job done in any program moving forward. Pasture exposed to our very exciting new calving ease herd bull Red Pugh Konstant 746K from April 25 - July 1 and preg checked safe to an early February due date.

We are excited to offer the opportunity of purchasing a Diamond Mist offspring from Red Ter-Ron Diamond Mist 13G (Purchased from Red Round Up in 2021 for $17,000). This has been an exceptional cow family used for building our herd and we have finally decided to let one go. She is a moderate made, well balanced female. 32L is broody, thick topped and we know will make a great cow! She is confirmed bred to Red Wilbar Eminence 91K who we bought from Wilbar Cattle Co. in 2023. We believe his dark red with the Diamond Mist cow family will produce a very special calf. Red Ter-Ron Diamond Mist 13G had an exceptional show career placing at every show taken to and placing 6th in the Red Round up 50th Futurity where she sold for $21,000 and we retained half interest. This female was a top pasture pick last fall as a calf. We are incredibly excited about how she is developing as she matures and look forward to seeing her develop into a productive cow. She is a hard one to let go of but at the same time we are confident in her ability to do great things in anyone’s herd. She is a Red Roseholm Specialist 88H daughter, this bull has been putting some amazing females on the ground and we are excited to be able to offer one of his daughters in the sale this year.

She is dark cherry red, moderate statured and very practical in her design. With great feet and teat placement, we can’t help but admire the potential and quality 133L has to offer. We feel this is an interesting lot. We are excited to offer in this year‘s Red Round Up. She’s a Combination 34G daughter, that we are hesitant to offer, as we believe these are going to be great producing females. 12L is a granddaughter of Red Wrights Iron Hide 4Z, a bull calf we sold through this sale in 2012, for $51,000.00. We have always admired this heifer and the job her two-year-old mother did raising her. Eye appealing, wide based, broody, and high volume are a few words to describe 12L best. She stands on a very dark square foot. Bred AI early to be Bieber Blue Chip H302. A sire selected for ease of calving, but also offers growth and carcass. We would like to Reserve a future flush at our expense and the new owner’s convenience.
This strikingly, dark red, broody, high volume heifer, is sure to grab your attention! This heifer also has a very dark square foot. We feel there is endless potential for this female. Sired by Combination 34G, and going back to several generations of our Bridget female line. The Bridget line can be found in abundance in our cow herd, they just work! That being said it makes it very hard to part with 17L, but we feel there is endless potential for this female. When studying her pedigree, you will find Red Wrights Cutting Edge 27F, her grand sire. He sired a female for Blair‘s West, they sold that heifer in their production sale for $25,000.00, selling to Niobrara Red Angus. Vet called her safe in calf due Early to Mid Feb. We will pay the DNA on her calf in 2025. We would like to Reserve a future flush at our expense and the new owner’s convenience. CONSIGNED BY

They come with moderate birth weights and develop into dark red, stout made cattle that are sure to attract the attention of even the most critical cattlemen. Hennessey’s dam is a big-bodied brood cow with an ideal udder and production record to match her good looks. She is an Elite/Premier dam indexing 107 on her last 4 calves. She also has produced daughters that have excelled in the show ring such as the 2021 Louisville Grand Champion TW Annie B, and Agribition Division Champion Red Wheel Annie Oakley 57J. Our two-year-old show cow Red Wheel Annie Oakley 34J was Champion or Reserve at every show she has attended last summer. The sire of the embryos is the recent world record selling bull PIE Hollywood 222 that topped Pieper’s 2023 bull sale at $400,000. Then, I got to go along for the (amazing) ride as Reese continued to show her at Farmfair, Lloydminster and Agribition, where she was undefeated in her divisions and SYBIL was named the National Gold Show Junior Champion Red Angus Female and Reserve Red Angus Show Female of the year!!! Well since then we have let Sybil “just be a cow” and boy has she proven herself there as well!!! For starters she was officially designated Elite this year but had already become that to us and hence why we made the well thought out decision for her to be the very first cow at Rafter SJ Ranch to be flushed! First word that comes to mind when I think about “Godiva” is unique. I challenge anyone to find a boulder sprung, tighter throated, more athletic cow. We’ve admired this one right from birth.
