Foodworks brings the buzz with vibrant local restaurant partnerships. From rotating food trucks to themed pop-ups, Foodworks transforms dining into a cultural experience. Our ALIST program connects you with celebrity chefs for demos and tastings, while GREEN promotes plant-forward menus aligned with Eurest’s sustainability goals.

Chef’s Table
The Chef’s Table offers exhibition-style cooking in hightraffic areas. Chefs prepare signature dishes live, creating a sense of theater and exclusivity. This format supports monthly promotions, associate-led recipes from home and limitedtime offerings that drive engagement and repeat visits.


Activations
As Polaris has experienced in the Minneapolis-area cafes, our marketing and culinary teams create activations to keep employees excited and engaged. A calendar of activations proposed for both the manufacturing and corporate locations can be found on the next page.

THE MARKETING PLAN
We build our overall business strategy around a process that includes six key dimensions. When we are able to see the Roseau and Huntsville cafes, we will tailor our plans to each location.

Each marketing plan we develop begins with learning about our guests’ lifestyles, routines and priorities within and beyond the food and service categories. Blending this research with emerging consumer trends, culinary innovations and industry insights informs a customized approach for each client.
Creating Experiences
After identifying the core offerings, we look at concepts, promotions and campaigns that will complement these services. Promotions, product introductions and marketing campaigns are released frequently and added to menus throughout the year for variety.

Our marketplaces are entrepreneurial retail businesses and our directors, managers and chefs act as owner-operators. Eurest marketing plans include merchandising and product positioning tactics. For over 25 years, our commissary has been delivering high-quality, grab-and-go meals –including sandwiches, salads, wraps, entrees, boxed lunches and more – to our clients. As part of Compass Group’s commissary network, we prepare fresh, prepackaged meals in a USDA- and FDA-inspected facility.
At Fresh & Ready Food Group, we are committed to using fresh, high-quality ingredients to craft flavorful, ready-made meals that are both nutritious and convenient. Every item is securely packaged in tamperproof packaging, ensuring safety and freshness.

Medium Market
This scaled-down version of our large market offers 225-275 items, including single-serve packaged snacks and beverages, optional frozen meals, fresh food made in our USDA-certified commissaries and either a touchless self-checkout kiosk or a mobile scan-and-go payment option.
