We need your shoes! Help us raise funds just by donating gently worn, used and new shoes. Collected shoes not only help support us, but are reused and given a second life by those in need through Funds2Orgs.

Collected shoes are redirected to 26 developing countries, providing microentrepreneurs - especially women - with affordable inventory for resell

The shoes collected during your shoe drive fundraiser become an economic lifeline for individuals and families living in developing nations. Due to systemic poverty, lack of education, and economic opportunity, Funds2Orgs works with individuals who create micro-businesses. Shoes are supplied to these these micro-businesses with the shoe inventory they need to make a living

Over 300 million pairs of shoes end up in landfill each year, but shoe drives like ours can prevent shoes from becoming waste. All of the funds that we raise support our library operations, allowing us to offer a wide variety of programs for all ages. Please think about a fall closet cleanout and ask your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers to donate, too.

During the month of August, we’re collecting books for our annual Used Book Sale in September. (Bake Sale & Yard Sale, too!) After you go through your closet for unneeded shoes, take a moment and go through your bookshelves! Books can be dropped off at the front desk during regular hours. All funds raised will benefit our library.
