A Raw Replenish Update
The last time I shared our story with you in this magazine was in 2020. So much has changed since then, but one thing that hasn’t changed is how deeply grateful I am for this community.
After opening our second Raw Replenish location in 2021, I felt a stirring to grow the business through franchising. A year later, I sold our Souderton location to Kristen Endrick, who has since opened a second location in Gilbertsville. During that same time, we launched additional locations that, while started with passion and promise, were unfortunately closed due to economic challenges and personal transitions in our franchisees’ lives.
While that chapter was difficult, I embraced the transition and pivoted. Watching franchisees pour their hearts into their locations only to see them close was heartbreaking, but out of that loss came something unexpectedly beautiful: stronger relationships and a renewed sense of purpose. Kristen Endrick and Melanie Lyle, our current franchise partners, have truly bloomed.
Melanie expanded from her Schwenksville location into our Royersford location, growing from 700 to 2,000 square feet. She now hosts regular wellness events highlighting womenowned, health-focused businesses, along with “Create Your Own Smoothie Bowl & Yoga” birthday parties that offer fun, nourishing experiences for both women and children. (Guys are welcome too!)
Kristen is also bringing her gifts and energy to both the Souderton and Gilbertsville communities. She partners with local school districts and practitioners to provide enriching experiences for students with special needs. In addition, she hosts regular wellness events featuring women-owned, health-focused businesses—including vitamin infused IV drips—and sponsors youth-focused initiatives like kids’ running clubs.
To witness these women step into their callings and use Raw Replenish as a vehicle to serve others has been nothing short of extraordinary. The relationships this business has brought into my life are a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
As the founder of Raw Replenish and owner of our Pennsburg location, I continue to provide ongoing support to the community, showcase other locally owned businesses, and collaborate with local schools on fundraising efforts that make a meaningful impact.
Although Raw Replenish will be celebrating 10 years in business in April of 2026, since our last update in Community Connection in 2020, we’ve expanded our menu to include more food items, toast options, salads, wraps and superfood smoothie bowls, and targeted health-focused smoothies. We’ve also gone from offering one juice cleanse to five, including our brand-new Slim & Simple Reset—a bundle of our four most popular juices and a nutrient-dense, power packed functional detox salad that delivers serious fuel in a generous portion. As we shift from franchising into a cooperative growth model, you can expect to see new Raw Replenish locations in the future. Our mission is to continue spreading health and building relationships through real, nourishing food—and I truly believe we’re just getting started. Honoring Mothers
The quiet backbone for countless families
Mother’s Day is a special occasion dedicated to honoring and celebrating the unconditional love, care, and sacrifices that mothers make every day. As we mark the celebration of Mother’s Day, we pause not only to express our love and gratitude to the mothers who raised us but also to recognize the incredible strength of mothers who give even more—those who serve as unpaid caregivers, often caught in the delicate balance of caring for their children, grandchildren, and aging parents.
These women, part of what we call the “sandwich generation”, carry an immense weight. More than 53 million family members care for loved ones, with women comprising the majority of these unpaid caregivers. More than one-third of women leave their employment to become a full-time unpaid caregiver.
They comfort a teething toddler while managing a parent’s medical appointments. They transport their teenagers to after-school activities while managing the medications and meals of an aging parent. They assist with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meals not only for aging loved ones but also for their children or grandchildren. Their love is stretched across generations, often unnoticed, yet immeasurably powerful.
These mothers are the quiet backbone for countless families. Let us celebrate every mother and the unpaid caregivers. They quietly advocate for others, teach our young, and care for our aging parents while guiding us through life.
