Family Caregivers Network Celebrates 25 years

of Specialized Programs in Parkinson’s Disease Care

For the past 25 years, Family Caregivers Network has been dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in need. As the needs of patients grow more diverse, especially with the rise of chronic conditions, we have committed ourselves to creating specialized programs tailored to those specific needs.

One such program, started in 2012, is our Parkinson’s Disease Program. This program is designed to offer targeted support for individuals and families managing the physical and emotional challenges of Parkinson’s. By focusing on the 3M’s, memory, movement, and medications, our skilled caregivers ensure that our patients receive the best possible care as they live with this complex disease at home. This specialized program is aimed to keep an individual engaged in exercises and activities, to reduce hospitalizations and relapses in their disease.

We believe that each person deserves a care plan that adapts to their unique situation. That is why we work specifically with your doctor and/ or outpatient therapist to implement the right plan tailored for you and to help keep you on track with your exercises, even when fatigue and lack of motivation make it harder to continue.
