Having been open for less than a year, this acknowledgement is deeply meaningful to our team. Play to Learn provides a premium early education experience for children from infancy through to preschool, thoughtfully designed to nurture the whole child during their most important developmental years.
Our centres combine purpose-built environments, small, intimate classrooms, and passionate, experienced educators to create warm and inspiring spaces where children feel safe, conIdent, and ready to explore the world around them.
What sets Play to Learn apart is our signature approach to learning and wellbeing. Through our Empowered Children’s Program, children develop emotional resilience, conIdence, and strong communication skills. Alongside this, our Academic Enrichment Program introduces early foundations in mathematics, language, science, arts, and social studies through a balance of play-based and intentional learning.
Our vision is to empower children and adults across many communities, raising the standard of early education through exceptional environments, authentic relationships, and programs that empower people for life.
Play to Learn began in 2006 when founder Jade Luci opened the original centre in Toukley. Starting as a deeply passionate early childhood teacher, Jade had a clear vision: to create an environment that would empower children, families, and entire communities through meaningful education and authentic care. From the beginning, Jade chose to remain a sole owner-operator, allowing her to stay closely connected to the heart of the organisation. Unlike many conventional childcare providers, she continues to work closely with her teams every day, mentoring educators, guiding leadership, and ensuring the company’s values and standards are consistently lived on the ground. What started as one centre built on passion and purpose has steadily grown. In June 2025, Play to Learn expanded with the opening of its Castle Hill centre. Since opening, the centre has experienced strong and steady growth as families continue to connect with the authentic culture, high standards, and genuine relationships that deIne Play to Learn.
Today, Play to Learn continues to grow with the same founding philosophy: a commitment to excellence, authentic connection, and empowering communities, one child, one family, and one educator at a time.
