T was great to sit down with local small business owners at my forumatBarenzinCamdenandheartheirstoriesĜrsthand.
What I heard from the cafés, tradies and family-run businesses that keep Camden going was clear — people are doing it tough.
Costs are rising, energy bills are up, interest rates are biting, and the pressure just keeps building.
Many told me they’re exhausted and working harder for less. But there’s something deeper going on too.
Too many people feel like no matter how hard they work, they’re falling behind. The dream of owning a home, starting a business, and getting ahead feels further out of reach.
At the age of 14, Adrian Crst made his debut into the world of music. Over the years, he has made his mark on the industry and has developed a strong passion for what he does. Focusing on the strongest mixing techniques, critical song selection, and crowd pleasing attitude, it makes Adrian one of Sydney’s most desirable DJ.
People are frustrated,fedup,andlosingconĜdenceinthefuture.
And it’s being made worse by Labor’s toxic taxes, which are hitting investment, growth, andconĜdence.
Small business owners who’ve spent years building something are nowĜndingithardertoinvest, hardertoexpand, and, intoomanycases, harder just to stay open.
These businesses are the backbone of our community. When they struggle, we all feel it.
We need to back aspiration again, because if it becomes too hard to get ahead, the Australian dream goes with it.
