Mystery shoppers will be sent out to each business to assess goods and services from a customer’s point of view, evaluating product range, value for money, and quality of service.
This information is judged by a panel of anonymous, impartial representatives who will select category winners.
The winners will be announced live at the Awards Presentation Evening held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at Blacktown Workers Club.
The Presentation Evening grants a night ofcelebrationforbusinessowners,theirstađ,and their loved ones, as well as an exceptional networking opportunity for all businesses, partners, and dignitaries involved.
