Public Notice CITY OF MARLBOROUGH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS GRANT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT Pursuant to Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws, the City of Marlborough (City) through the Marlborough Community Development Authority (MCDA) as the Awarding Authority, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Grant Management Services funded under the 2018 Commonwealth of Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for projects consisting of Marlborough Housing Rehabilitation Program, Devens & McEnelly Streets Infrastructure Project; and Prevention through Positive Youth Development Social Service Program. The Request for Proposals (RFP) package is available by request to the MCDA office located at 250 Main Street, Marlborough, MA 01752, phone 508-624-6908 ext. 40101, fax 508-460-3749, or email request to dbushman@marlborough-ma.gov, as of 8:00 AM on September 24, 2018 and separately sealed non-price (technical) and price proposals will be accepted by the MCDA until October 11, 2018 at 2:30 P.M., when a register of proposals will be made. RFP packages may be picked-up in person or emailed. All questions concerning this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Douglas Bushman as noted above. In accordance with the provisions of applicable statutes, laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, the MCDA does not discriminate in employment or the provision of services and all qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, religious creed, gender, handicap, sexual orientation, veteran’s status or national origin. The MCDA reserves the right to cancel this procurement process or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if the MCDA determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the public to do so. This legal notice shall also be posted by the local newspaper on the Massachusetts Newspaper Publishers Association’s (“MNPA”) website (masspublicnotices.org).
