Orchid Technologies Engineering & Consulting, Inc., the area’s premier electronic product development company, is looking for a part-time or full-time technician/helper to join our team. Primary responsibilities will involve maintaining the parts stockroom, handling our occasional shipping and receiving, helping out with technical and laboratory tasks (including some bench work), and other assigned tasks and projects around the facility. While a technical/engineering background is not required for the position, it is definitely desirable. The ability to do some basic soldering and electro-mechanical assembly work is a plus. The ideal person will be a self-starter, willing to learn, and be able to work in a small, fast-paced group setting.
