WHAT IF YOUR DOCTOR WERE TO SAY TO YOU:

“Congratulations, I HAVE GREAT

NEWS...

There is a way to treat your back or neck pain without having to undergo surgery. This FDA cleared technology is non-invasive, pain free and drug free . There are no needles or anesthesia. It can be done on an outpatient basis and it has proven to be very successful Thousands of patients have been treated successfully using this technique And the cost of the treatment is a fraction of what you would pay if you were to undergo surgery In fact, it is probably significantly less than or equal to the out of pocket expenses if surgery was deemed necessary.” This scientific discovery is called Non-surgical Spinal Decompression and it is available at Albrecht Chiropractic / West Michigan Spinal Decompression It is considered a viable and reliable alternative to surgery in many cases This unique procedure is becoming widely regarded as the most efficient way and cost-effective approach to treating herniated discs, spinal stenosis, disc degeneration, and sciatica It is a pain free procedure designed to relieve pressure that builds up on the discs and nerves.

WHY MANAGE PAIN WHEN YOU COULD LIVE PAIN FREE?

We see patients who have tried various alternatives to manage their pain such as purchasing a new mattress, exercise therapy or pain medications because they think there is a possibility that their pain will go away over time and their condition will resolve on its own If the pain that you are experiencing is due to muscle strain or stress, then these types of therapies may work for you But if you suffer from chronic and severe back or neck pain due to disc related conditions of the spine, then it is highly likely that your condition will require a more aggressive disc procedure

WHAT IS A DECOMPRESSION SESSION LIKE?

Typical patients find spinal decompression to be a relaxing, painless procedure that in most cases can be completed in a few weeks on an outpatient basis The procedure is performed with the patient fully clothed and is safe, painless and extremely effective In fact, it is not uncommon for patients to fall asleep during the procedure Each session has a cumulative effect designed to significantly reduce pain and improve function as patients progress through the decompression program

How Does Decompression Work?

Non-surgical Spinal Decompression is a pain free procedure designed to relieve pressure that builds up on the discs and nerves As pressure builds inside the disc it causes bulging of the gelatinous material inside the disc This jellylike tissue can be placed under so much pressure that it can cause the annulus, or outer band of the disc, to rupture When the disc has ruptured or ‘herniated’, it may create pressure against one or more of the spinal nerves which can cause pain, weakness or numbness in the neck or back that can radiate into the legs or arms. Non-surgical Decompression creates negative pressure within the disc, causing the herniation to be drawn slowly back into the disc space, thus relieving the pressure, as it rehydrates the disc Midway through the treatment protocol, the formation of Collagen begins to take place in and around the disc These ‘sticky’ cells have the ability to form other cells including chondroblasts or baby cartilage cells These cells help the disc to heal

Pain Relief Without Risky Side Effects

When you’re in pain getting the right treatment is what’s most important We will design a comprehensive treatment program that focuses on your specific condition utilizing the latest technological advancements in Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, core strengthening, and pain relieving therapies Our goal is to treat the source of your pain, so that you can get back to living a normal and pain free life again!

I am a senior citizen who likes to stay active, but last summer I fell a pain I had an MRI taken and they found several damaged discs in my neck I have also had trouble with lower back pain and numbness in my toes for the past several years and an MRI of that area showed multiple damaged discs in my low back as well I went to several Dr ’s and specialists with each of them taking weeks or months to schedule me and then even longer to get any results and none of them had any answers for my pain They just talked and talked I then went to Laser and Spine Institute in Cleveland and had appointments scheduled to have laser spine surger y for both my neck and low back which was going to cost me well over $25 000 out of pocket That’s when my daughter asked me why I didn’t see a chiropractor that went to her church I said I didn’t believe in Chiropractors She said what would it hur t to just go talk to him at least? I agreed to tr y it I decided to make an appointment with Albrecht Chiropractic Office PC and got in within a matter of days After talking to them and having x-rays taken, they found one leg to be shor ter than the other and we decided to tr y a treatment After that first treatment my feet were better Then they told me about spinal decompression as

Constance Elaine "Connie" Holtman, a beacon of love and faith, completed her earthly journey on October 27, 2024, after 83 years of a life lived with grace, joy, and an unwavering dedication to her family Born on February 16, 1941, to Carlton (Stub) and Edna Hurley, Connie had two younger siblings, Janice Parker and Lynn Hurley Her next-door neighbor Jerrilynn (Pell) Sunnerville was as close as a sister and her lifelong best friend Connie attended Plainwell High School where she was a cheerleader, played in the band and was on homecoming court After graduating with the PHS Class of '59, Connie married Paul Holtman on October 24th of the same year She dedicated her life to nurturing the growth of her family, her faith and the beautiful flowers around her home Connie was the heart of her family, weaving a tapestry of love that extended beyond her biological ties She shared her life with her late husband, Paul Holtman, and together they raised a trio of daughters, Jill (David) Reyes, Vicki (Jay) Dunham, and Dawn (Dennis) Brown Her arms and her heart were always open, which was why Vincent Guzman (from Chicago) found a second home as her godson, and Ana Hedberg (from Brazil) found a second mom in Kalamazoo Her legacy will continue through the stories her love and her blueberry pies Connie enjoyed flower gardening, cooking and baking, crafting, and being at, or better yet, IN the lake She passed on these same loves to her children, 15 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren along with the importance of loving one another Nothing made her happier than seeing her family together having fun The words loving, faith-filled, and kind only begin to scratch the surface of describing Connie She was a mother not just to her children but to anyone who needed one, a grandmother who loved her grandchildren deeply, and a great-grandmother who always wanted those babies in her arms She leaves behind a legacy of laughter, a garden of memories, and a family cultivated with love Her life was a beautiful melody of faith family and fun a story that will resonate in the hearts of those who will love her forever The phrase, "Remember that time that Grandma Connie " is how her family will remember her the best She brought laughter to her family through the silly things that she did - some on purpose, but most by accident! Connie's faith was the cornerstone of her existence, a wellspring of strength that she drew from especially in times of trial Her relationship with God sustained her, and she was a living testament to the power of prayer Although Connie had many medical trials over the last 31 years of her life that robbed her of much of her independence, she continued to believe in a loving God that was using her life to bring others to the Lord She continued to praise the Lord for all things big and small The sun has set on Connie's earthly life, but her light continues to shine bright in the myriad of lives she touched She has returned to her Creator, and we can almost hear her say, with that twinkle in her eye, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith, and boy, have I had a good laugh doing it " Rest in peace and joy, until we meet again

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held July 19 at 2:00pm at Dawn Brown's house, 3908 Mary Road, Bloomingdale, MI, with Connie's favorite desserts to follow All are welcomed to attend Please bring a lawn chair Questions may be directed to Dawn at 269-998-2453
