There is a way to treat your back or neck pain without having to undergo surgery. This FDA cleared technology is non-invasive, pain free and drug free . There are no needles or anesthesia. It can be done on an outpatient basis and it has proven to be very successful Thousands of patients have been treated successfully using this technique And the cost of the treatment is a fraction of what you would pay if you were to undergo surgery In fact, it is probably significantly less than or equal to the out of pocket expenses if surgery was deemed necessary.” This scientific discovery is called Non-surgical Spinal Decompression and it is available at Albrecht Chiropractic / West Michigan Spinal Decompression It is considered a viable and reliable alternative to surgery in many cases This unique procedure is becoming widely regarded as the most efficient way and cost-effective approach to treating herniated discs, spinal stenosis, disc degeneration, and sciatica It is a pain free procedure designed to relieve pressure that builds up on the discs and nerves.
WHY MANAGE PAIN WHEN YOU COULD LIVE PAIN FREE?
We see patients who have tried various alternatives to manage their pain such as purchasing a new mattress, exercise therapy or pain medications because they think there is a possibility that their pain will go away over time and their condition will resolve on its own If the pain that you are experiencing is due to muscle strain or stress, then these types of therapies may work for you But if you suffer from chronic and severe back or neck pain due to disc related conditions of the spine, then it is highly likely that your condition will require a more aggressive disc procedure
WHAT IS A DECOMPRESSION SESSION LIKE?
Typical patients find spinal decompression to be a relaxing, painless procedure that in most cases can be completed in a few weeks on an outpatient basis The procedure is performed with the patient fully clothed and is safe, painless and extremely effective In fact, it is not uncommon for patients to fall asleep during the procedure Each session has a cumulative effect designed to significantly reduce pain and improve function as patients progress through the decompression program

How Does Decompression Work?
Non-surgical Spinal Decompression is a pain free procedure designed to relieve pressure that builds up on the discs and nerves As pressure builds inside the disc it causes bulging of the gelatinous material inside the disc This jellylike tissue can be placed under so much pressure that it can cause the annulus, or outer band of the disc, to rupture When the disc has ruptured or ‘herniated’, it may create pressure against one or more of the spinal nerves which can cause pain, weakness or numbness in the neck or back that can radiate into the legs or arms. Non-surgical Decompression creates negative pressure within the disc, causing the herniation to be drawn slowly back into the disc space, thus relieving the pressure, as it rehydrates the disc Midway through the treatment protocol, the formation of Collagen begins to take place in and around the disc These ‘sticky’ cells have the ability to form other cells including chondroblasts or baby cartilage cells These cells help the disc to heal

I am a senior citizen who likes to stay active, but last summer I fell a pain I had an MRI taken and they found several damaged discs in my neck I have also had trouble with lower back pain and numbness in my toes for the past several years and an MRI of that area showed multiple damaged discs in my low back as well I went to several Dr ’s and specialists with each of them taking weeks or months to schedule me and then even longer to get any results and none of them had any answers for my pain They just talked and talked I then went to Laser and Spine Institute in Cleveland and had appointments scheduled to have laser spine surger y for both my neck and low back which was going to cost me well over $25 000 out of pocket That’s when my daughter asked me why I didn’t see a chiropractor that went to her church I said I didn’t believe in Chiropractors She said what would it hur t to just go talk to him at least? I agreed to tr y it I decided to make an appointment with Albrecht Chiropractic Office PC and got in within a matter of days After talking to them and having x-rays taken, they found one leg to be shor ter than the other and we decided to tr y a treatment After that first treatment my feet were better Then they told me about spinal decompression as

“THE BIRTHDAY OF THE CHURCH” When the day of Pentecost came they were all together in one place” Acts 2:1 By Rev Dan Minor - revdminor1945@gma l
The word Pentecost means “50th”, meaning the 50th day after our Lord’s resurrection On the day of Pentecost the Holy Spir it came with great power like “the sound of a mighty wind and filled the whole house where they were sitting” (Acts 2:2-4) And they were all filled with the Holy Spir it Three t h o u s a n d p e r s o n s r e p e n
d , b e l i eve d a n d we r e baptized with water (Acts 2:41) The disciples were transfor med from timid followers to flaming witnesses to our living Lord The church was launched and quickly spread throughout the whole Mediterranean basin
Bir thdays call for a celebration First, we can celebrate the gift of the Holy Spir it which God has promised to all who believe (John 14:26; 16:8) Second, we can be filled with the Spir it (Ephesians 5:18) Third we can celebrate the Holy Spir it by allowing ourselves to be vessels of God’s love by living at peace with others in the Body of Chr ist (Ephesians 4:3)

There are 150 million Americans who battle depression Depression is a mental health condition that causes persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest or pleasure in life Depression can be caused by genetic, biological, environmental, and psychological factors The symptoms of depression are numbness, irritability, changes in sleeping and eating habits, social withdrawal, inability to focus, and feelings of guilt and shame Do you know someone battling depression? Maybe that someone is you
Did you know that many of the heroic biggies in the Bible, including David, Elijah, and Job, battled depression? Perhaps the most depressed individual in the Biblical story is a prophet named Jeremiah, aka the “Weeping Prophet ” He watched the city he loved, Jerusalem, and the building he loved, the temple, get destroyed by an ungodly nation Babylonia with an evil king Nebuchadnezzar Everything Jeremiah valued most sat in ruin and rubble He was deeply depressed and wrote, “my eyes fail from weeping, I am in torment within” (Lamentations 2:11) and “my soul is downcast within me” (Lam 3:20) Sounds like the dude needs therapy!
If you are a Christian who struggles with depression, don’t beat yourself up I know many people of deep faith, not just in the bible but in my circle of relationships, who battle depression Christian faith and depression can coexist Depression is not always a sign of weak faith but of human frailty I have gone through several seasons of depression, times when I didn’t want to pray, read my bible, be with people, or get out of bed I lacked pleasure in things I once enjoyed and couldn’t focus I felt like I was in a deep pit without a rope One of these seasons of spiritual depression was so difficult, I actually wrote a book about it called Overcoming Spiritual Slump Depression is pervasive and powerful But, it is also beatable
Here is a battle plan that God has used to pull many of us out of the pit of depression Recall God’s faithfulness (remember how God has been faithful in your past and present He is with you in the pit) Reach for human help (call a friend, go to counseling, talk to a pastor) Resource yourself (there are medicines, call centers, and books available to help check out Winning the War in Your Mind) Replenish your body (healthy sleep, diet, and exercise patterns will diminish depression) Respond with prayer (praying in the pit is the way that we declare to our depression that Jesus wins)
Only 1-in-3 people among the 150 million seek help I love you and want you to be the 1-in-3 Get going on your battle plan and let the love of God begin to lift you from the pit of depression and bring you to the pinnacle of joy Then you can say in hope with the Weeping Prophet, Jeremiah, “The Lord is my portion, therefore I will wait for Him” (Lam 3:24) You are loved, Pastor Lenny Luchetti
