The Public Transport Plan A Public Transport Plan, updated annually, will also be published, which amongst other things will: • Advocate for a minimum four trains per hour at peak times on local services • Annually review train and bus performance and services • Recommend rail improvement and expansion schemes • Consistently monitor for gaps in bus routes, and recommend bus priority schemes to improve speeds in the borough
