~THE PENFLEX III FAMILY~ Pennflex III Ranch The heart of the Pennflex III design features an ‘open layout’ in the main living area with the kitchen over looking the living room and providing privacy by splitting the bedrooms from the master bedroom.

The Majestic Master Suite III This design is for the couple that needs the extra closet space for their personal things or storing additional items for the house. It also sports a larger bathroom for more room getting ready for the day and adds extra privacy with the additional door for the commode.
