You’re better than this dead-end job.
You know it, and your paycheck feels it. And besides, you’ve never been into the nine-to-five thing.
You have a great idea for your own business, but you need significant capital to get you started. It can take time to turn a profit, but you know you can make this into something big.
We provide interest-free loans to help frum men and women learn a trade, start a business, or get a postgraduate degree with time to turn a profit before payments are due.
began as a simple messaging app aiming to bridge the communication gap between countries. Since its acquisition by the Facebook company, there has been a ever growing emphasis on expanding WhatsApp beyond just messaging.
The new WhatsApp Channels is the latest example. “Channels, explains Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, are a one-way broadcast tool for admins to send text, photos, videos, stickers, and polls. To help you select channels to follow, we’re building a searchable directory where you can find your hobbies, sports teams, updates from local officials, and more.
We’re aspiring to build the most private broadcast service available. This starts by protecting the personal information of both admins and followers. As a channel admin, your phone number and profile photo won’t be shown to followers. Likewise, following a channel won’t reveal your phone number to the admin or other followers. Who you decide to follow is your choice and it’s private.”
In other words, the two main reasons why WhatsApp was considered safer than Telegram or other social networking sites, namely the inability to hide which chats you join and the inability to just search and join groups, are now no longer in force.
While there are many legitimate uses for WhatsApp, it unfortunately often ends up being used for joining many groups. With channels, the risk factor skyrockets significantly.
Make a calculated decision before continuing to use Whatsapp. Other communication alternatives can be explored such as , or for business settings, , which also caters to a business perspective and has excellent integrations.

Push-ups are a fast and effective exercise for building strength. Push ups engage almost every muscle you’ve got, including chest, gluteals, shoulders, arms, and core muscles.
The following mistakes can be easily avoided if you follow some simple tips.
1.HALF REPPING: Take the movement deeply, going almost to the floor. Beginners stand facing the wall (the further away you stand, the more challenging), then as you become stronger, move to lower surfaces like a counter top, progress to a chair, etc) or knee push ups (pictured below) with full range of motion and correct joint alignment.
2.EXCESSIVELY WIDE: Beginners position hands slightly wider than shoulder width, keep elbows close to your body. You can always move hands closer to engage different back muscles. Adjust hand placement so that elbows bend toward lower body.
3.ARCHED BACK: Squeezing the gluteals (buttocks) together is a MUST to avoid back pain. By doing so you will automatically engage the core which stabilizes the muscles around your spine. This protects and strengthens your back.
4.TOO MANY: Excessive repetitions of any exercise will cause weakness, poor form and possible injury. Start with 10 reps or less. If you experience back pain of any type, stop. It's been my experience that focusing on quality rather than quantity is the better road to take for success.
As with all physical activity push ups should be performed with the consent of your doctor.
