The Chair Squat strengthens core, legs, ankles and gluteals (back of the hips).
How to do it:
Stand tall with your feet shoulder distance apart. As you exhale, sit down and back as if you were reaching to sit on a far-away stool. Do not let your knees extend past your toes. With each exhale sit a little deeper, aiming to eventually bring thighs parallel to the floor. Keep your core tight and chest upright. If not done carefully, squatting can put strain on our lower back.* Protect your back and ensure proper form by keeping your core muscles firmly engaged. Imagine you are contracting your navel toward the middle of your back. As you keep your tummy tight, this should help you to hold your chest upright. Imagine that you're trying to let the sun shine on the top of your chest. Try working towards 3 sets of 10 reps.
*If you're currently unable to do squats, start with lunges until you gain strength, and then try squats later on.
As with all exercise, consult a physician if there is a concern.
When the wait’s too long, but your cash falls short.

2 Tbsp canola oil, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1½ cups Texas style BBQ sauce
Heat 1 Tbsp canola oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
Lag B'Omer
Linking our ^ table to yours
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
½ tsp ground ginger
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
Add garlic and onion, and cook, stirring occasionally, until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, mustard, soy sauce, pepper and ginger. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have blended, about 3-5 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine chicken and half of BBQ sauce mixture. Marinate for at least 2 hours to overnight, up to 8 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Refrigerate remaining BBQ sauce. Drain the chicken from the marinade, discarding the marinade. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Thread chicken onto skewers. Brush with remaining 1 tablespoon canola oil; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Add skewers to grill, and cook, turning occasionally, until the chicken is completely cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Brush skewers with remaining BBQ sauce mixture, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately with remaining BBQ sauce mixture.
