This October, more than 200 Jewish teens from across the Midwest will attend NCSY’s Fall Convention in Chicago, IL. During the Shabbaton, each teen will have the privilege of writing a letter in the Torah — fulfilling the mitzvah of K’tivat Sefer Torah — and the weekend will culminate in a community-wide Hachnasat Sefer Torah. Public school and day school students will join the Chicago community as they joyously dance together to celebrate the beauty of Torah.

I met with Kollel Chatzos to discuss design in January and was so impressed I signed up for a month’s partnership.

Then on March 18th I extended my partnership for a year as a zechus for a shidduch for my daughter. She got engaged on erev Pesach!

EVERY MIDNIGHT the distinguished talmidei chachomim of Kollel Chatzos gather in locations across the globe.

During the darkest hours, when the rest of the world sleeps, they immerse themselves in vibrant Torah learning, bringing zechusim and yeshuos to klal yisroel.

I got to know Kollel Chatzos while working on some of their printing projects. I was trying to finalize a move in time for Pesach but the paperwork was delayed and I couldn’t find a mover or a cleaning crew. I sponsored learning on March 17th and two days later everything fell into place.
