She was a classic “shvigger” – getting involved in her married children’s lives. But she meant well and she acted well. “I must share the open miracle we witnessed,” she said.

“For a while, my son-in-law was struggling to bring parnassah to his growing family. He tried. He really did, exerting himself to the next level. STAYING FIT On the Road

Toss a jump rope and sneakers into the car before taking off. That's all you'll need to boost your fitness!

Start out by walking for one minute to loosen up. Then power walk or run for 30 seconds. Repeat above interval for 10 minutes of heart pumping activity. Finish with the following 3 stretches: Chest: Lace fingers behind your back. Relaxing your shoulders, keep your arms straight, squeeze your shoulder blades together and lift hands until you feel a chest stretch. Repeat slowly 30 seconds.

Hip: Using a towel or the grass, half-kneel on L knee. Focus on pushing your L hip forward.

Reach up with both arms and clasp your hands together. Hold 30 seconds. Perform on each side.

Calf: Stand with hands on your car just above your shoulders. Move R foot back about 2-3 feet. Bend your L knee. Keep R heel down. Glance down to make sure both toes are pointing forward. Hold 30 seconds.

Now that your hands are on the car, perform: Calf raises - raise up on your toes 10 times. Squeeze your glutes together at each elevation.

Push-ups - bend elbows to bring chest to car, then straighten arms (the further you stand from the car the more challenge) Finish: Jump rope - 30 seconds. Walk 1 minute. Repeat interval and entire circuit until everyone's in the car and waiting for you!
