HONORING MEMORIAL DAY East Hill, Fairmount, and Garofano get ready to observe Memorial Day by making these fabulous red, white & blue decorations.

#GUYSNIGHT The guys at Broad Street enjoyed a night in at the dining room table. The threesome had a great time playing cards and enjoying the company of friends.

Group Day Hab Events May 2021 Greetings Family and Friends, This Spring has been a very active and productive time for everyone in our GDH programs. We have taken full advantage of accessing the community to create new experiences and opportunities by visiting our local parks, having picnics, hiking, taking nature walks, or just strolling along the Hudson River Front Park in Peekskill, and visiting a local farm in Somers, NY. This month has also allowed us to spread kindness by partnering with Ben's Bells to bring a special “Kindness Campaign “ to our programs, and that we did. Our residents helped sprinkle “Kindness throughout our community."

The GDH program will continue with our community service projects to be more active in our local services to others as well as creating a valued learning experience. Please look for our amazing projects we have lined up for participation in June.

The end of May brings us Memorial Day, which our programs have been gearing up for to enjoy BBQs, spending more time outdoors, as well as enjoying lots of time with family and friends over a glass of lemonade or a game of corn hole or horseshoes.

SPREADING KINDNESS Community Service

BEN'S BELLS GDH partnered with Ben's Bells to spread messages of kindness with these hand-made flower garlands.

Each garland is punctuated with a shiny bell. Jingle! Jingle!
