Ears on a bus? Keith Cunningham ARCA, London, conceived this specially designed display for Children's Books, part of a large promotion for National Book Week-the UK section of UNESCO's Book Year. The face was cast fiberglass and the ears, which were removable for transit, measured approximately 35" in diameter. Inside the colorful bus, there was a shop on the first floor and a large display of books on the upper deck. During the week of the November 4-11 promotion, over 10,000 children visited the bus.
