As a division of the Hamat Cooperative, five companies, in both the Netherlands and in India, work closely together to control the entire production process from start to finish. All production facilities in-house
With all production facilities in-house, we can deliver quickly and from stock, at an excellent price-quality ratio. We are also flexible, innovative and able to respond immediately to the latest developments and trends. A progressive organisation dedicated to the client. Our fully automated warehouse has space for 16,700 pallets. This enables us to work as efficiently as possible and the stock is available to you at any time.
Sustainability
It goes without saying that we strive to minimise Hamat's impact on the environment. We invest significant time and funds in the development of sustainable products, production methods and procedures to limit waste and reduce energy consumption.

Ons volledig geautomatiseerde magazijn biedt plaats aan 16.700 pallets. Hierdoor kunnen we zo efficiënt mogelijk werken en staat de voorraad op ieder gewenst moment voor u klaar.
Duurzaamheid
Uiteraard willen we de impact van Hamat op het milieu zoveel mogelijk beperken. We investeren dan ook veel tijd en geld in de ontwikkeling van duurzame producten, productiemethodes en procedures om afval te beperken en het energieverbruik te verminderen.

To optimally respond to the demands and needs of our customers, Avimat Coating has been producing the entrance mats and entrance zones since 1997, for which Hamat is responsible for sales.
Production capacity
In recent years, we have made innovative investments that have doubled our production capacity. Our expert staff, the use of ultra-modern machinery and the latest technical applications enable us to cut, coat and pack at a high level of quality.
Laboratory
We are committed to using our years of knowledge and experience to continuously improve. This is why we continually improve the products and their specific properties. We do this in our own laboratory.
Om optimaal te kunnen inspelen op de vraag en behoefte van u als klant produceert Avimat Coating sinds 1997 de schoonloopmatten en entreezones, waarvan Hamat de verkoop verzorgd.
Productiecapaciteit
De laatste jaren hebben we innovatief geïnvesteerd waardoor de productiecapaciteit is verdubbeld. Door onze deskundige medewerkers, het gebruik van een ultramodern machinepark en de nieuwste technische toepassingen kunnen we op een hoge kwaliteit snijden, backen en verpakken.
Laboratorium
Onze jarenlange kennis en ervaring willen we gebruiken om steeds beter te worden. Daarom verbeteren we continue de producten en de specifieke eigenschappen ervan. Dit doen we in ons eigen laboratorium.
BVBVD
BVBVD in Genemuiden handles the tufting, finishing and packaging of the mats for Hamat. Our extensive range of machines enables us to tuft at 4 and 5 metres width. In our finishing department, we cut the rolls of carpet to size and, if required, we finish and roll the products.
Packaging and distribution
The packaging of the products is fully tailored to the customer's needs. Everything is open to discussion. Distribution is entirely by appointment. We deliver ex works, to wholesalers or even to 300 branches at once.
BVBVD uit Genemuiden verzorgt voor Hamat het tuften, festoneren en verpakken van de matten. Met een omvangrijk machinepark kunnen we op 4 én 5 meter breed tuften. Op onze festoneerafdeling snijden we de rollen tapijt op maat en indien gewenst festoneren en rollen we de producten.
Verpakkking en distributie
De verpakking van de producten richt zich volledig op de wensen van de klant. Alles is bespreekbaar. Distributie is volledig op afspraak. We leveren af fabriek, aan groothandels of zelfs naar 300 filialen tegelijk.
Coco Fibre Industries
As a business cooperative, we have been internationally oriented for many years. For several years, we have operated our own factory in India. Here we produce coir rolls, coir mats and rubber mats. Coco Fibre Industries Ltd. is ISO 9001: 2015, SMETA and C-TPAT certified. This enables us to ensure continuity in the right level of quality.
Coir and rubber production
We offer a wide range of products and solutions worldwide. Our production line in India complies with all European requirements and certifications, enabling us to anticipate demand and guarantee delivery times.
Als concern zijn we al jaren internationaal georiënteerd. Sinds enkele jaren beschikken we over een eigen fabriek in India. Hier produceren we kokosrollen, kokosmatten en rubbermatten. GrassPartners
GrassPartners based in Genemuiden specialises in the development and production of artificial grass. We offer a wide range of artificial grass. Based on the philosophy of 'Passion for Artificial Grass', we offer an extensive and varied collection of quality products for garden design, leisure, sport and multisport. The products are developed in-house with a clear Dutch signature.

Choosing GrassPartners means working with an organisation that supports the customer throughout the entire process. Not only with GrassPartners products, but also when developing its own products under private label, which are produced exactly to the customer's specifications.
GrassPartners uit Genemuiden is gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en produceren van kunstgras. We bieden een breed assortiment kunstgras aan. Vanuit de filosofie ‘Passie voor kunstgras’ voeren wij een uitgebreide en gevarieerde collectie kwaliteitsproducten voor tuininrichting, vrije tijd, sport en multisport. With the E-Coco, we pride ourselves on our eco-friendly approach. Our coir mat is made from 100% natural materials, with sturdy coir fibres that effectively scrape dirt. In addition, E-Coco's backing adheres to the same green philosophy, as it contains all-natural rubber, which is also 100% biodegradable. Our coir mats are produced in our own factory in India.

MAINTENANCE WITH JAMES
We would like to share our experience and give you some advice to increase the durability of your beautiful carpet. Most carpets retain some loose fibres after they leave the mill due to the use of natural materials. These fibres often appear as loose yarns or balls of fluff on the surface of your carpet. You can carefully remove these yarns with scissors. Vacuum your carpet frequently to keep it dust free.
