From order to installation The installation of artificial grass is custom work.

When measuring the surface area, keep a roll width of 2 or 4 metres in mind!

Please note: To prevent colour discrepancies, only order 2 or 4-meter rolls. Never combine roll widths.

Prepare an installation plan including the total metres of lawn. Take any required adhesive tape into consideration for connecting the grass.

QUALITY THAT BRINGS YOUR LAWN TO LIFE What is artificial grass? Artificial grass is a synthetic product manufactured from environmentally friendly materials without heavy metal additives. Techniques for producing artificial grass are so refined that it is virtually impossible to tell it apart from the real thing. Colour variance techniques, including browned grass blades amongst the rich green fibres, make for a beautiful lawn with a natural look and feel.

- Work the substrate into an even working area.

- Add a minimal amount of filler sand to ensure an even base.

- Compact with a light vibratory plate compactor.

- Ensure that the dark earth bordering the artificial grass can’t wash over lawn and that the compacted sand layer is 1.5 cm lower than street level.

- Even out using a smoothing tool.

- Apply landscaping cloth (optional).

- Lay out the artificial grass, pull smooth, align any seams (the artificial grass can be trimmed from the underside).

- Seams between various strips may not be wider than 3 mm.

- Trim the grass and the landscaping cloth.

- Always lay the strips in the same pile direction to prevent colour variations.

- Fold open any seams, apply tape evenly between the turf. (figure 1 + 2) - Remove the protective film, fold the tuft back over the tape and apply pressure. Ensure that no fibres are folded under the turf (over hanging). (figure 3 + 4) - Distribute the filler sand evenly over the artificial grass.

- Brush the grass for an even distribution of the sand (with the direction of the pile!).

- Brush the fibres against the grain using a hard brush (preferably synthetic) so that the blades are pulled upwards.

To extend the life of your artificial lawn, you can conduct several maintenance methods: - Keep the artificial grass free of leaves and debris.

- Prevent damage to borders and edges (earth, weeds, leaves).

- Optimise sand distribution (primarily under swings and other intensively used areas).

- Brush flattened blades in high-traffic areas with a nylon brush.
