Save Local Now—Download the Free App—Shop Local! At the most basic level, buying local ensures that more money stays in our community. In fact, for every $100 spent at a locally-owned store, $45 remains in the local economy. The Hilliard Chamber of Commerce encourages all residents to shop small and support our locally owned businesses!
Shopping locally provides you with the opportunity to discover something different; it’s unlikely that you’ll find the same thing at a local store as you would elsewhere. Save Local Now, the Chamber’s “Buy Local” program, highlights and promotes Chamber members and the deals and promotions they create. Chamber members Mat

services in addition to Fire and EMS support. During the Christmas season, we sponsor a toy drive that provides toys for Battalion Chief Greg Young Hilliard Community Assistance Council and local churches such as Hilliard United Methodist Church to distribute. Community education and support are a high priority to the Norwich Township Fire Department. Some of the services offered to our residents are CPR classes, home inspections, blood pressure checks, smoke
detector programs, fire extinguisher trainings, and tours of our stations for residents. In addition to community support, Fire Prevention Month in October allows us the opportunity to educate our elementary students on the importance of fire safety. Our Fire Prevention inspectors work with local businesses from the planning stages through completion and/or opening of those businesses. They ensure that fire systems function well and staff, ours and theirs, are safe with how they operate. Thank you to the residents for your continued support of our fire department. Whether business or pleasure, we hope you are able to visit Norwich Township soon!
