Howie Hilliard— Where Is He? The Hilliard Chamber’s Elf has been visiting various member businesses in Hilliard. Howie believes in shopping local, especially at Hilliard Chamber members. You will see Howie Hilliard on the chamber’s Facebook page every day and the public can guess which business he is visiting. Howie has been very clever in disguising himself, though! On the chamber’s Facebook page, you must put with your answer #HilliardChamber to be eligible for a winning basket worth $1000 of goodies, gift cards, etc. donated by our member businesses.
