5th Annual Grandview Digfest set for June 13 This year’s celebration of locally made drinks, food and music will take place Saturday, June 13 at The Grandview Yard, from 4 to 10:30 p.m. The event is hosted by the Grandview Area Chamber “It’s hard to believe we’ve reached our five year anniversary already” says program chair, Curtis Onofri. “The event has grown quickly and has become a major source of funding for the Grandview Area Chamber,” he added. Onofri also serves as the Treasurer of the Chamber’s Board of Directors. Each year the event has grown; vendors, sponsors and patrons have increased substantially since the inaugural event in 2011. This year for the first time, there are two Presenting Sponsors; The Grandview Yard and Members First, a Pathways Financial Credit Union. Chamber Director Michelle Wilson noted that having two presenting sponsors is a great help in promoting this event to a larger audience as well as enhancing the event. Other sponsors include: Nationwide Employee Benefits, Destination Grandview, Grandview Craft Beer Alliance, Starburst Media, DrinkUp Collumbus, RocketCards, Vital Companies, 99.7 The Blitz, PromoWest. Columbus Crew SC, Title Boxing Club, Towning Dental, Walgreens, CityScene Magazine, ThisWeek Community News, and the City of Grandview Heights.
