UA’s best asset is its own people  By Anthony Clemente The Arlington Bank What’s the best thing about Upper Arlington? The people. The Arlington Bank is fortunate to operate in a community where giving back is a valued part of citizenship. One great example of this is the response to our recent food drive benefiting the Mid-Ohio Foodbank. Customers and employees collected hundreds of pounds of food during a recent six-week donation campaign. The food drive was part of MidOhio Foodbank’s larger effort called Operation Feed. The bank—at its branches at Tremont Center and Reed Road in Upper Arlington and Grandview Avenue in Columbus— collected a grand total of 323 pounds of food. The food bank says that one pound of donated food equates to one meal provided to its clients. That means the bank’s food drive will help provide more than 300 meals. While we are proud of our food drive, it’s far from the only example of the generosity of Upper Arlington residents. Whether it’s raising money for the Upper Arlington Community Foundation or donating time to cleaning up rivers and supporting educational initiatives, local residents show pride in their community by constantly working to improve it. That dedication to the community provides great motivation for businesses to give back as well. It’s important for a local, communityfocused business like ours to lend its support to the people and

I have been there three times and I am always treated right.” “The nurse and doctor were both Dr. Michael Rankin MD, very kind and took the time to listen to my symptoms. The whole Owner facility was very clean. It was by far my best urgent care experience! To top it off the doctor called two days after my visit to check on how I was feeling. I will definitely be going back to this urgent care facility next time I am sick!” “I was in and out in probably 25 minutes without an appointment. It took twice as long to get my prescription at CVS. Definitely won’t hesitate to go back.”

Staffed by women who themselves must juggle work with personal healthcare, the Center offers convenient appointment times for working women including Saturdays and evenings. A past member of the Upper Arlington Commission on Aging, Dr. Cyran welcomes seniors to her facility, some who may need a little more assistance or time.
