Volunteer at the Hollyfest Arts & Crafts Show in December We will have our 34th Hollyfest Arts and Crafts Show on Saturday, December 3 at Hilliard Davidson High School. Volunteers are the heart of this premier Hilliard event. Volunteer opportunities entail working setup on Friday morning, December 2, Friday evening December 2, and various duties during the day on Saturday, December 3. We are very excited to have Don Boyd of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce as our speaker at our October 21 luncheon to discuss medical marijuana and the impact on businesses. Some of the topics that will be covered: • Historical and political landscape leading to the passage of House Bill 523 legalizing medical marijuana. • Fact versus fiction on what is actually included in the legislation. • What employer protections are included in the legislation and what can employers do to prepare? • Outlook for the future. Our meetings are open to the public. We will be meeting at Heritage Golf Club, 3525 Heritage Club Drive and reservations are required by Tuesday, Oct. 18.
