Elite Mind & Body Gymnastics offers experience and enthusiasm Owner Nate Wray describes his gym, Elite Mind & Body Gymnastics, as one that provides basic gymnastics lessons for boys and girls of any age. Founded by Wray in October of 2011, the gym not only offers gymnastics courses for children of all ages, but also provides tumbling lessons that range from basic to advanced levels. The gym, located at 3455 Centerpoint Dr., is also the place where the Grove City High School gymnastics team can be found practicing. He chose to open the gym in Grove City because of his relationship with GCHS gymnastics coach Mark Hartley and what he called the,

parents to come in and see something new,” he said. He also believes that his gym is special because of the experience he brings to his instruction.
A 2007 graduate of the Ohio State University, Wray also has military experience. He is also younger than the typical gymnastics coach. According to USA Gymnastics statistics, the typical coach is in their late 30’s while Wray is in his late 20’s. These few things combined with the fact that his gym is open three times as much a week as the typical eight hours for other gyms, is why Wray believes that his gym is unique. Wray spoke of owning his own gym in a very positive manner. “I love it,” he said. He added that he enjoys being able to bring structure and organization to the gym, some-
