Mortgage Disclosure Coordinator Union Savings Bank has an immediate full time opening for a Disclosure Coordinator at our Columbus office located at 3550 W. Dublin Granville Road. Duties of this position include analyzing mortgage loan files to determine when loan disclosures are required to be sent based on the TILA/RESPA and/ or MDIA regulations. Identify and accurately prepare all residential mortgage loan disclosures within regulatory timeframe. Prior to disclosure ensure appropriate pricing and fees have been applied to the loan.
