Chili Challenge

CURL POWER Teams of curlers filled the outdoor ice rink at Radium’s Legends Park on Saturday, February 19th, for the second annual Winterfest celebration. The day’s events included a fun curling competition, a wilderness contest where competitors had to saw through a log and start a campfire, arts and crafts, a culinary competition to make the most delicious baked potato topping, and the crowd-pleasing chicken poop bingo. Pictured, Candace Bruins, who owns a second home in Radium, concentrates while throwing a rock.
