Premier Christy Clark was in the valley on March 8th to announce that the Westside Legacy Trail would be receiving a $1 million grant from BikeBC and to participate in a budget discussion hosted by Kootenay East MLA Bill Bennett at the Columbia Valley Chamber of Commerce.
