How long have you been with the City of Columbia and what do you do?

I have worked for the City of Columbia for 20 years. My current job is Customer Care Field Supervisor, I supervise the customer care field team and assist with service orders and handle customer requests.

What is the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn’t learn from your work bio?

I truly enjoy leading and communicating with others. I won’t stop until the job is done and issues are corrected.

What’s the best experience you’ve had working for the City of Columbia?

The best experiences I have working for the City of Columbia are meeting and working with our customers. I’ve enjoyed making a career out of the opportunities I’ve received working here.
