Project Manager Apartments - Addition/ Renovation Residential Full Design Services - Davis Partnership

TAVA Waters is a residential community located in southeast Denver. The owner of the community saw an infl ux of people, but a lack of apartments to house them in; therefore, our team was tasked with renovating a clubhouse to seven residential apartments. Although this project was only 6,000 square feet, there were many variables that made it challenging, such as, a complete change in occupancy, replacing the entire second fl oor, adding exterior walls and roofs for a new unit entry, and partially tearing up the ground fl oor for additional structural support. I am the project architect for this project, it is currently under construction and is expected to be completed fall of 2022.
