The best time to paint your exterior and allow the paint to dry is when the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius. Check the weather forecast and make good use of fine weather!

Unpainted hardwoods need a strong foundation before applying a topcoat. Our ColourTrend Prime 1 primer is designed to prevent tannins and oils from bleeding through, ensuring a flawless finish. Whether brushing, rolling, or spraying, allow your primer to dry fully between coats for the best adhesion and protection.

PRIME 1 - STAIN BLOCK
• Excellent primer for exterior woods, especially hardwoods, with outstanding knot and tannin blocking properties
• Stains : stops water, smoke and nicotine stains as well as a variety of other stains
• Great for: Hardwoods, PVC, FASCIAS, SOFFITS
• Easy to use: Fast-drying, clean up with water
PRIME 2 - ADHESION
• Formulated to give superior adhesion to multiple surfaces giving it excellent versatility (gloss paint /clear varnishes/Galvanised metal/MDF/hardboard /melamine etc)
• The problem solver: great for kitchen cabinets and repainting furniture
• Prevents flash rusting
• Water based primer: non- flammable, low odour, easy to use, clean up with water
PRIME 4 - PSU
• Superior protection against blistering, flaking and peeling
• Primes and seals absorbent surfaces, e.g. bare plaster and masonry
• Ideal for plasterboard, bare plaster, masonry, lime plaster (pH must be < 11), Brick, wallpaper, stucco walls etc.
