Welcome to Colorado’s K-food Paradise ‘CoArk Collective’

Colorado now has a K-food paradise in Centennial where customers can meet 9 different vendors that introduce various types of Korean food in the same place. The ‘CoArk Collective’, a new restaurant that has opened on 15775 E Arapahoe Rd, Centennial, CO 80016 resembles a vibrant neighborhood of incredible Korean foods and desserts. While the popularity of Korean food is spreading in the U.S. around K-Pop, Colorado is also set to welcome the CoArk Collective food mall, which is the concept of the Korean food court where K-food gathers in one place.

At the beginning of the 2023, the CoArk Collective had a soft opening among their friends and family and now is wide open to the public. As the news that various types of Korean foods and desserts can be enjoyed in one place spread, not only Koreans but also many Americans are visiting CoArk Collective to check them out.

CoArk is also a community project where young people in their 20s and 30s start their first and new business in this restaurant by introducing different Korean foods with their creative twist and flavors which is currently trendy in Korea. Started by Korean community leaders who wanted to support young CEOs start their business and grow, CoArk Collective is also a strong community built upon belief and trust towards each other.

They are currently running an online website https://coarkcollective.com/ where new customers can check each vendor’s menu prior to their visit. Online ordering system is under preparation and will be soon start the service through their website. To briefly introduce CoArk Collective, there are 9 vendors including Croffle Haven, The Up Bob,

Mad Toast, Bibim House, KOCO Street Food, Tok Buckii, Momo Bing, Poke Island and 3456 Tea.

Each vendor’s specialty menus bring synergy effect to each other because they are all different and unique. Croffle Haven sells Korea’s latest-hottest dessert menu ‘Croffle’, which is a combination of Croissant and Waffle and The Up Bob sells variety of Korean-style meat bowls and meat sandwiches. Mad Toast shows off their traditional-style Korean street toasts and Bibim House sells one of the representative Korean dishes, bibimbap. KOCO Street Food’s signature menus are Korean-style fried chicken, bowls with chicken and rice as well as Korean ramens. Tok Buckii introduces Korean soul food tokbuckii and different types of kimbop. Momo Bing sells milk tea, black and green tea as well as their specialty shaved ice called ‘Noodle Bing Su’. Poke Island offers small and large poke bowls with fresh seafood and unlimited toppings. Last but not least, 3456 offers dynamic Korean traditional desserts such as yuzu tea, grain latte, persim- mon roll, sausage ricecake and bean bun.
