BIOGRAPHIES

TAYLOR MARTIN, conductor Taylor Martin is Chorus Director and Conductor for the Colorado Symphony. Martin made his Colorado Symphony debut in 2019 with a staged version of Handel’s Messiah and remains a regular presence on the podium for classics, pops, and holiday concerts yearround. Only the second director in the Chorus’s storied 40-year history, Martin is regarded for his artistic flexibility and inspiring musical leadership. In 2023 Martin made his international conducting debut, leading a concert tour of Austria featuring Bruckner’s Te Deum in the historic Salzburg Cathedral. In summer 2027 Martin will lead the Colorado Symphony Chorus on a concert tour of Portugal and Spain conducting Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem.

As a chorus director Martin has prepared choruses for the Colorado Symphony, New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, and Dallas Symphony Orchestra. In 2026 Martin prepared the professional Bravo! Vail Festival Chorus for a special performance of Madama Butterfly with Fabio Luisi and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. An advocate of new music and inventive programming, Martin also leads ELUS Vocal Ensemble, a Denver chamber choir dedicated to innovative performances and exceptional choral singing.

LAWRENCE, band Lawrence is an eight-piece soul-pop powerhouse led by siblings Clyde and Gracie Lawrence. Raised in New York City, the pair began writing songs together at an early age, soaking up the music of Stevie Wonder, Randy Newman, and Aretha Franklin. Built from a tight-knit circle of childhood and college friends, Lawrence is known for its dynamic, keyboard-driven sound, punchy horn section, powerful vocals, and high-energy live show, blending classic influences with contemporary pop energy.

Their 2024 album, Family Business, marked the band’s fourth studio release and second collaboration with GRAMMY-winning artist, songwriter, and producer Jon Bellion. Lead single “Whatcha Want” broke into the Top 40 on the U.S. Pop Chart and was named a New York Times readers’ pick for “Song of the Summer,” leading to performances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Today with Hoda & Jenna, and CBS Saturday Morning.

Following their largest international headlining tour to date, including sold-out shows at Radio City Music Hall and The Wiltern, Lawrence earned a 2026 GRAMMY nomination for “Something In The Water (Acoustic-ish)” and continues to build a devoted, ever-growing global following.
