HOW TO LOGIN/CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND REGISTER FOR YOUR HITTING MEMBERSHIP:
1 Click on the link below to access the online Mindbody platform from your desktop computer DO NOT DO THIS ON YOUR PHONE The Promo codes included in this document can only be redeemed on the desktop, not the app.

When you click on this link, you will see the page below
2 If you are an existing client and have already created an account with us, press “Sign In” and go to Step 4
3 If you do not have an account with us, click “Create an Account”
3a. Press “Continue with Email”.
3b Enter your First Name, Last Name, email and password You will then add your family members that will be booking with our instructors by clicking the “+ Add Family” Below the County dropdown. Make sure to click the boxes to agree to the terms of use and to get emails from Mindbody Press “Create Account”
3c When this happens, you will receive an email in your inbox to verify your email Once you verify your email, click the “Sign In” button to use the email and password you just created to sign in
3d The following page will pop-up This is where you will create and complete your profile for you and your family members. Be sure that the “Account Management”, “Reminders and Schedule Changes” and “News and Promos” boxes are all checked for either Email and/or Text You will then read the Liability Waiver and mark the box that states “I agree on behalf of ‘YOUR NAME’”. Then click “Save”.
4 Once you are logged in and have created an account Click the “ONLINE STORE” tab in the upper right hand corner of the page.
5 Click on the sub-category “Contracts” in the upper right-hand corner of the page This will pull up a dropdown menu.
6 Click that dropdown menu and select “Hitting Membership” This will take you to a new page that will ask you when you would like to start the membership. It will automatically populate to today’s date Leave as is Check the box that states “I agree with the above terms” Then click “Make Purchase” in the bottom right hand corner NOTE: IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A HITTING MEMBERSHIP IT WILL SHOW UP UNDER “PASSES” ON YOUR PROFILE/APP.
7. You will see your Shopping Cart page populate. This is where you will apply the promo code below Copy and paste this into the Promotion Code Box and then press apply: 817141011584. Make sure that the amount owed is $0.00.
8. Press Check out.
9. Then press “Place Order”. You will get an emailed receipt of your purchase and it will prompt you to a new page where you can Book your cages. Press “Book this Service” to book and rent a cage at the facility
10 The website will take you to a new page where you will select “Member Batting Cages”
11. Once you select Member Batting Cages, a new page will populate that will allow you to search for dates and times that work best for you and your schedule Click “Search” Once you do this, the search results will show you what days and times are available to book.
12 Find a time that works best for you (if you want an hour in the cage, you will book two consecutive 30-minute sessions) and press “Book” to the right of the time slot.
13 Leave everything as is in the new window No need to add a note in the note section Press “Book Appointment”.
14. The new page will take you to a tab called “My Schedule” where you can see all appointments that you have booked and are on your schedule
15. Repeat these steps to rent more cage time!
TO BOOK A ONE-ON-ONE SESSION WITH AN INSTRUCTOR:
1 Click the “Online Store” in the top right hand corner
2 Click the dropdown menu under “Services” and choose the one-one-one session you are wanting. For example, if you wanted a 1:1 hitting session with Coach Riley, you will select 1:1 Hitting - Riley Plogger DO NOT SELECT 1:1 PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
3. Here you can purchase a 30-minute session, 1-hour session, and/or get discounts by purchasing a 5-pack, 10-pack or 20-pack of 30-minute lessons Click the single lesson or package that you would like to purchase.
4 This will populate your shopping cart Add the following promo code to receive 5% off your lessons: 844265931474. Press Apply. This will update your Order Total. Press Check Out.
5 This is where you will input your payment information Press “Place Order”
6 Once the new page populates, press “Book this service”
7 You will then select the instructor that you just purchased the session(s) for and you will follow the same steps above (11-14)
TO BOOK A GROUP SESSION WITH AN INSTRUCTOR OR SPORTS PERFORMANCE WITH COACH LP:
1 Click on Classes in the upper right hand corner
2. Click “Sign Up Now” for the class you are searching for.
3 From here, you can make a single reservation or a recurring reservation
4. The next step will prompt you to purchase a single session or a pack of sessions. You get more “bang for your buck” by purchasing the 5, 10 and 20 packs
5. Be sure to apply the same lesson promo code as above (844265931474). Add the single session or package that you want to your cart and press “Check Out” on the next page
6 This will prompt you to enter your payment information Click “Place Order”
7. After this is done, click “Book this Service” and it will take you to the class schedule where you can Sign up for the session you are wanting
