The​ ​balloon​ ​wasn’t​ ​the​ ​only​ ​thing​ ​exploding​ ​today!​ ​Senior,​ ​Meghan​ ​Groom,​ ​explodes​ ​with excitement​ ​as​ ​her​ ​group​ ​for​ ​balloon​ ​pop​ ​edges​ ​into​ ​the​ ​lead.​ ​The​ ​crowd​ ​of​ ​anxious​ ​freshmen giggles​ ​out​ ​of​ ​their​ ​comfort​ ​zones​ ​in​ ​the​ ​spirit​ ​of​ ​competition​ ​during​ ​their​ ​first​ ​day​ ​as​ ​high​ ​school students.

The​ ​undying​ ​spirit​ ​of​ ​Broomfield​ ​will​ ​never​ ​be​ ​silenced.​ ​ ​From​ ​pep​ ​rallies​ ​to​ ​football​ ​games​ ​to community​ ​events,​ ​the​ ​passion​ ​for​ ​Broomfield​ ​spirit​ ​is​ ​always​ ​present,​ ​especially​ ​in​ ​our​ ​color guard.​ ​Senior,​ ​Mya​ ​Romero,​ ​shares​ ​her​ ​spirit​ ​with​ ​everyone​ ​as​ ​she​ ​performs​ ​during​ ​the Broomfield​ ​Days​ ​Parade.

You​ ​know​ ​what​ ​they​ ​say...People​ ​won’t​ ​remember​ ​your​ ​name,​ ​they​ ​will​ ​remember​ ​the​ ​time​ ​you covered​ ​them​ ​with​ ​face-paint​ ​at​ ​the​ ​homecoming​ ​pep​ ​assembly.​ ​Junior,​ ​Ellie​ ​Keeler,​ ​and freshman,​ ​Justin​ ​Spencer,​ ​wipe​ ​white​ ​face​ ​paint​ ​on​ ​each​ ​other​ ​as​ ​a​ ​part​ ​of​ ​a​ ​wild rockstar-themed​ ​relay​ ​race​ ​at​ ​our​ ​annual​ ​pep​ ​assembly.
