Colorado Preservation, Inc.’s (CPI) Saving PlacesŽ conference is the leading statewide historic preservation conference in the country. This three-day event provides high-quality education and networking opportunities to professionals in the fields of planning, archeology and historic preservation. Typically the conference convenes over 800 attendees. In 2021, we expect 1,000+ attendees!

A virtual conference provides CPI the opportunity to expand the conference’s reach by engaging with attendees no longer limited by conference timing, location, and travel costs. Marketing and promotion of the 2021 conference will reach beyond Colorado to include a regional and national audience.

Face Mask Sponsor – 1 Available - $6,000 One sponsor will get the opportunity to brand their sponsorship prominently to all conference attendees. Conference masks will be mailed to all attendees. The mask will include one company sponsor ‘s logo along with Colorado Preservation, Inc’s logo. This sponsorship provides great exposure before, during, and after the conference. * Must be confirmed by January 1, 2021 Includes benefits at the Silver Level.

Preservation Marketplace Virtual Sponsor - $6,000 The Preservation Marketplace is a celebratory event that provides networking opportunities to attendees while virtually being “on-location” at a historic place. The event will include live music. CPI will work with you to share something truly unique with conference attendees!

Endangered Places Silent Auction Sponsor - $5,500 Support Colorado’s Most Endangered Places with a sponsorship directly tied to this program.

Receive special verbal and logo recognition during the conference, at the Endangered Places Announcement and branding with the silent auction. Funds for this sponsorship support efforts of this program year-round. Includes benefits at the Silver Level.

Commission/Rural Sponsor- $3,000 Help bring critical conference content to rural commissioners who would not be able to attend without your sponsorship. This sponsorship will allow for 15 Historic Preservation Commissioners or rural community members to attend the full conference. This sponsorship includes the opportunity for the sponsor to meet with the individuals who are attending as a result of their sponsorship. Includes benefits listed at the Copper Level.

Western Heritage Sponsor – 1 Available - $3,000 Be the leading sponsor listed with the Western Heritage Program, which will be held Friday of the Conference. Sponsorship will be branded with this program and the sponsor will have an opportunity to address attendees at the start. Includes benefits at the Copper Level.

Happy Hour Sponsor – 1 Available - $2,000 One sponsor will have the opportunity to host a Happy Hour offered the first night of the conference. The sponsor of this event will work with CPI to define their level of requested involvement, which can range from branding and speaking to moderating the event. The preservation happy hour will be planned to encourage fun, engaging interaction between attendees and will be free for registrants to join! Includes benefits at the Granite Level.

Banner Only $350 Purchase a virtual banner to include your company name and logo, which will be on display at the Virtual Networking Space throughout the conference.
