TEAM OF GILLMOR, FISCHER AND TROYER WIN FIRST PRO-ONLY EVENT OF 2023

Windsor, CO – Bright sunshine and 70-degree temperatures greeted Colorado PGA Professionals on Monday morning for the annual Pro-Pro-Pro Championship RainDance National Golf Course was the perfect backdrop for the 3-player scramble event and received rave reviews from all participants, many of whom were seeing the property for the first time, having just opened in July of 2022

Birdies and eagles were flowing in the 3-person scramble, with 18 of the 44 teams finishing at double digits under par. Four teams finished in a tie for fourth place at 12-under-par, Holmes/Gore/Campbell, O’Shaughnessy/Shehee/Nosewicz, Connell/Hunter/Fay, and Sniffin/Ough/Bakken. Two teams finished in a tie for second at 13-under par, Cliff/Murzyn/Meyer and Stilwell/Bajaj/Purcell

The team of Marcus Gillmor (Fort Collins CC), David Fischer (Blackstone CC), and Josh Troyer (GolfTec HQ) finished the day at 14-under-par and alone in first place Their stellar day consisted of 10 birdies and two eagles, which led them to a one-shot victory and a $2,700 team check
