THIS COURT FINDS that said Petition is sufficient and regular in form and content and that such Petition included a fully executed Resolution finding that the best interests of the District and the health, safety and prosperity of the District, its present and future residents, and the present and future residents of the State of Colorado would be served by changing the name, that the District has no outstanding debt; therefore, no creditor will be affected by the name change, and that the desired change of name is proper and not detrimental to the interest of any other person or entity, will not result in the defrauding of any person or entity. NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR’S
FINAL SETTLEMENT
NOTICE is hereby given that Adams 12 Five Star Schools will on April 24, 2023 make final settlement with Superior Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc., 14700 E. 39th Avenue, Aurora, CO 80011 for work performed on a project known as: Adams 12 Five Star Schools 2022 District Wide Roof Replacement Project (P16042) located at the following schools:
Glacier Peak Elementary School, 12060 Jasmine St., Brighton, CO 80602
• STEM Launch K-8, 9450 Pecos Street, Thornton, CO
Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, equipment, materials, equipment rentals, sustenance, provisions or other supplies used or consumed by Superior Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. or its subcontractors in or about the performance of the work on said project is hereby notified to file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with the Board of Education of said School District at the Educational Support Center, Facilities Department, 1500 East 128th Avenue, Thornton, Colorado 80241, on or before April 21, 2022.
Settlement will be made at the Educational Support Center, Facilities Department, 1500 East 128th Avenue, Thornton, Colorado 80241. Failure on the part of the claimant to file such statement prior to the final settlement date will relieve the School District from any and all liability for such claim.

NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
WHEREAS, Metro Water Recovery, has contracted with Moltz Construction Inc. hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, for the construction of PAR – 1379 FARS Task Order #11, hereinafter referred to as the “Project”; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has completed the construction of the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor is entitled to final payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Metro Water Recovery does hereby give notice that on April 30, 2023 Metro Water Recovery will pay the full balance due the Contractor, and that all persons having claims for labor, services, equipment rental, or materials furnished to the Contractor should present their claims to the Contractor and the Surety prior to said date for payment. Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute 38-26-107, claimants may also file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on such claims with Metro Water Recovery prior to the date specified herein for final payment.
METRO WATER RECOVERY of May, 2023, Final Settlement will be made by the City of Thornton, CO, with:
Whitestone Construction Services, Inc. 1930 Central Avenue, Suite C Boulder, CO 80301 hereinafter called “Contractor”, for and on account of the Contract for construction of TACC Basement Restoration, Project No. 324-22.
1. Any person, co-partnership, association, or corporation who has an unpaid claim against the said Project, for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender, or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor, or any of his subcontractors, in or about the performance of said Work, may at any time up to and including said date of such Final Settlement, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claims.
2. All such claims shall be filed with the City Clerk at 9500 Civic Center Drive, Thornton, CO 80229.
3. Failure on the part of the creditor to file such a statement prior to such Final Settlement will relieve the City of Thornton from any and all liability for such claim.
